From the very beginning, the team were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions. A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us. The whole experience, from viewing the property through to moving in, was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It really gave me confidence that we were in good hands. We were selling my mother in laws house, and was let down by a series of buyers who made offers, but then failed to move forward. Through all of this, the staff at Frank Innes were extremely supportive, and positive about the sale, despite unprecedented bad luck. I had a very stressful and exhausting rental experience with FrankInn. I often felt helpless during my tenancy. Every time I called to report an issue, the response was either unhelpful or frustrating. I was frequently told it wasn't their responsibility and that I needed to call someone else, or I simply received very delayed replies. Although Martin was responsible and did his best to follow up on issues, the overall maintenance process was extremely slow. I had to deal with a mouldy bathroom from late January to early March, and during the cold winter months, I had to keep the window open just to get some fresh air, and then from late April to early July, there was no hot water from the gas system. I had to rely on emergency hot water, which was expensive and very inconvenient. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to resolve these problems, I felt that communication and accountability were severely lacking throughout my stay.

Process of finding accomodation was easy and staff at Frank Innes are friendly and supportive. The processing of references and online verification systems makes everything to be easy. A crystal clear video of the accomodation is sent, saving time and hassle of organising viewing for non favourite options and physical viewing is arranged after. Great thanks to Sandra who assisted us all the way and made follow up emails after moving in. I'd recommend Frank Innes to anyone looking for accommodation as we experienced an exceptional service.

During this time we have found all staff to be extremely professional, helpful, responsive and efficient. Avoid lettings with this company. Have been without hot water since January, we are now in March. They don’t seem to think this is a problem. Shocking service. Wouldn’t be so bad in warmer weather but we are still in the colder months. Sent contractors who didn’t know where Loughborough is and didn’t turn up. Had four visits for people to ‘look’ at the tank and not actually done any repairs. Like to turn up at your home and let themselves in without permission as well. Steer clear. Will try and keep your deposit too despite looking after a place like it was your own for many years.

Terrible company when it come to leaving requested we get a pro cleaner to do the work and then charged us for a pro cleaner again after it was done then have put us through hell trying to get are full deposit back left us with mold in the flat and in every room and when we raised it all the time on viewings nothing was done left us without hot water for over a week and I will never be using them again and I advise to stay clear worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with
