Frank innes have been excellent so far as I have just moved out and started renting my own flat. I hadn’t seen the property in person but the video tour that was provided was excellent and when I arrived the property looked even better than in the videos, I was very pleased. Furthermore, Sandra was extremely helpful and informative and the move in was quick and efficient.

I have been with Frank Innes as a landlord for many years. Martin, Emily, Sandra and the team are always very quick to get an available property on the market and pro-active in lining up the next tenancy. If any issues arise along the way, they are on hand with solutions. Payments come through like clockwork. The full management service is definitely worth the extra.

Terrible company when it come to leaving requested we get a pro cleaner to do the work and then charged us for a pro cleaner again after it was done then have put us through hell trying to get are full deposit back left us with mold in the flat and in every room and when we raised it all the time on viewings nothing was done left us without hot water for over a week and I will never be using them again and I advise to stay clear worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with

***AVOID - AVOID - AVOID*** What started as a positive experience has descended into a farce so updating my initial 5 star review to a 1 star. Emily was great when setting up my tenancy but I am now getting zero help and support at end of tenancy with my deposit being held hostage after returning the keys 3 weeks ago. Seriously fed up with the continuous chasing and poor service and will not be using again in the future on this basis.

This branch shouts at customers I recently enquired about a property with this branch and found the experience extremely unpleasant. Due to poor signal, when I politely asked a female call handler if she could kindly repeat one of her questions, I was met instead with an impolite, rude outburst, she proceeded to shout every single word at me at the top of her voice. I have dealt with Frank Innes in both Leicester and Nottingham, and the Loughborough branch is by far the worst. A branch that shouts at its customers should close its doors and leave Loughborough as soon as possible.
