GoogleThe Loughborough branch have dealt with the letting of my flats since 2001 and are always very professional, efficient and informative. In terms of communication and in particular keeping you informed about potential tenants they have been far better than their local competition. From my experience nothing has been too much trouble and both Emily and Martin have always been extremely helpful and professional at all times.

GoogleThe whole tenancy went on very smoothly and the agency made sure to redress any issues as they arise while keeping me in the loop at all times. The use of electronic communication made things easier and quicker as I am currently living abroad. I would highly recommend the full management service for anyone abroad and who would like a completely "hands-free" tenancy.
