They have been communicative and supportive throughout the time it has taken for the sale to complete. We had worked really on our house ready for it to be sold , Ellie from Belvoir was the final estate agents we had a valuation with. I instantly felt reassured we could get the asking price we had wanted to achieve with Ellie , her service was quick, friendly and nothing was too much! I feel as though I get a tailored service. They listen and try to provide what I am looking for, then give me the options and let me decide what happens moving forward. Loughborough branch went through a period of staff changes but all staff new and old appear competent and helpful. Manager Ash is easily contactable and has a very calm approach but delivers effortlessly.

I had an excellent experience with Belvoir Loughborough during all 3 stages of me renting a house: during the process before my moving in, while I was a tenant for 2 years (all problems were solved immediately), and during my moving out. I particularly appreciated that once they verified that I left the house in a really good condition at the end of my tenancy, they returned the full of my deposit without playing any tricks, which is not what I'd say for other landlords I had in the past. Therefore, I would recommend Belvoir Loughborough to anyone.

I have had a really positive experience with Belvoir Loughborough both as a Tennant and as a house purchaser. I can honestly say that Jacquie Stewart who was my liason point for my tenancy arrangements was extremely helpful and tended to any concerns I had in particular where repairs were required on the property. Carol Whipham was my liason point for the house purchase and was absolutely fantastic in terms of supporting both the vendors and myself when we hit some glitches which can often happen with house sales and purchasing. Carol was always on the end of the phone and extremely professional. Carol certainly always went the extra mile and I really appreciated her help, guidance and support. I actually miss our conversations now I have finally purchased the property. Who would have known that a property that I only came to live in for 6 months finally became my dream home. A huge thank you to Carol and the team at Belvoir.

I cannot recommend Belvoir sales and letting services to highly. In May Steven Richards helped me put up my sons flat up for sale ( my son lives abroad) his attention to detail was outstanding and he liased with both myself, my son and his tenant on a regular basis . Unfortunately brexit meant We had to abdon selling the flat and return to renting, Steven was more than happy to take on the task of letting the flat , finding me a tennant and leading me through the process dealing with both me and getting relevant paper work from my son abroad. Nothing was to difficult for Steven, no phone / email went unanswered. He quickly found us a good tennant and when this tennant moves on I will certainly use Belvoirs services again.

Belvoir Loughborough acted for me for a number of years as letting agent for my property in Loughborough, and also as sales agent when I decided to sell the property. I have been impressed by the service I have received from Belvoir throughout the time they acted for me. Particularly when trying to sell my house, which was a very difficult process, they were very professional and responsive, always keeping me updated. They went out of their way to help resolve the issues I had with both mine and the buyer's solicitors and the local council.
