Whilst letting our home, we found their service to be professional and customer-focused - from organising viewings for prospective tenants through to arranging for repairs to be made to the property, we found working with Belvoir to be an overall excellent experience. When it came to selling our home as first-time sellers, Ash and Dillan were able to guide us through all of the different stages and their advice and guidance was invaluable and reassuring. The team at Belvoir Loughborough were all extremely helpful when I popped in to enquire about rental properties for my son, arranging viewings at very short notice, and also giving details of properties due to come on the rental market in the near future. In the end, due to a change in circumstances, a rental was no longer required, but I would certainly recommend Belvoir Loughborough as a first port of call if you are looking for a property to rent in the local area.

Worst housing experience we've ever had. The property had countless issues, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite paying a large amount in rent, they clearly didn’t care about our concerns. Be very cautious when dealing with them, they come across as friendly at first, but the moment you raise a complaint, the support disappears. It’s definitely not what it seems.

Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.

I have dealt with Belvoir Loughborough as a landlord since 2013 for my rental property in Loughborough. Their service and response times have been beyond reproach at all times and I've had a very satisfactory service. All maintenance, rental payments (thank you Theresa) and any other issues over the years have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I've been kept fully informed throughout. I have travelled away outside the UK for many months at a time since 2013 safe in the knowledge that my tenants and my investment property were well looked after at all times.
