From a purchaser's perspective, my partner and I came to the conclusion Blue Sky were a very poor choice by our seller. The seller agreed and very much regretted employing them. As soon as the sale is made (sweetness and light until that point), we found Blue Sky uncommunicative, unresponsive and the sales manager abrupt and patronising. Blue sky sent out-dated weekly 'updates' by text. Out-dated because all parties stopped communicating with them because of their rude, unhelpful attitude. The recommended solicitor (that Blue Sky recommend on commission) was totally incompetent and based in York?! We feel Blue Sky failed to properly guide our seller through the sales process, or manage the sellers' expectations. This resulted in a disastrous completion, where the seller left all their possessions in the property. We almost walked away from this sale in part, just to spite the awful agent. I'd tell any and everyone to avoid them. We certainly won't be using them to manage our house let.

The person who showed us round the flat was very polite and helpful. We wanted to make an offer and he said we would need to go to the office. We offered full asking price. We had no chain willing to wait for vendor to find a property. The guy said you were a ethical company and wouldn't go to a bidding war. Well that wasn't the case when we went to the office and spoke to a lady there. She said if she can get more for the vendor she would. They later phoned my son asking if he wanted to up his offer. Not ethical in my books!!

Very disappointing experience with bluesky. Was told by agent that we were first on the list to put our name down to rent the property, he really went out of his way to make us feel like we had this property (I know we shouldn't of got our hopes up but we did) but like a typical agent he was a bullshiter! And the annoying thing is WE had to phone up ourselves to find this out.

Really horrible experience with this agency. Paid 6 months rent in advance, after 4 months they start to bother me because the owner decide to sell the flat. Every single day i had to go out to let them visit the flat for possible buyers. At the end they couldn't sell the flat and they propose me to stay. The team is really rude and they need to work on customer service skills and better comunication with the tenants or buyers. Dont choose this agency.

Fabricated emails, lies about imminent completion (6 weeks prior to completion), swearing and slamming the phone down in bad temper and ignoring emails. A very difficult experience at a very difficult time. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful events, the above compounds it! They exhibited passive aggressive behaviour at every opportunity and had an answer for everything. No chain transaction took 10 weeks after being promised 6 weeks. Lies, lies and more lies!! Never again!! - My first ever bad review for anything! In relation to Chris' comments in response to mine, the issue was not the length of time it took, it was the lies I was told about the length of time it took at a very difficult time personally. I was sent falsified emails and told the sale was imminent 7 weeks before completion even took place without an apology from Blue Sky for getting it wrong. However, I am pleased that you didn't pull out of the sale as we are very pleased that it has gone through. I'd like to thank you for that and request that we move forward without further name calling. All the best!
