My experience with Blue Sky this year has been outstanding. Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful experience. Blue Sky made that journey very smooth for me. I am so greatful to them for this. This made dealing with the legal side of my purchase stress free as I didn't have the pressure from the estate agent, which I have experienced in past purchases and sales. Even though we have all been subjected to unprecedented times this year, they remained straightforward, professional, human and polite throughout my purchase. I would highly recommend them. Blue Sky have been five star, and if I ever need to sale or purchase a property in the area again, they would be my goto Estate Agent. An excellent service.

I was impressed with blue sky from the off, Clare turned up on time, was polite and friendly and really respected my property whilst listening attentively to our reasons for moving. She was patient with us deciding to market the property, didn't pressure us at any point but was supportive and on hand with advice as and when we needed it. Marketing of the property was great, Clare ensured we were happy at every step, from photos to timings for viewings around our commitments and family. Blue sky secured great prospective viewers and conducted viewings really well, giving timely feedback and passing on offers and buyers details quickly for us to consider. Clare negotiated well to get us the very best price to enable us to buy our next property, and when an issue came up during the conveyancing process she dealt with this really well. We can't fault the service and have since recommended Blue Sky to friends.

My daughter rented a property through this agency for nearly 4 years the landlady decided to sell so her and her partner have moved out they are now trying to charge her for cleaning the propery 190 pound even though she paid a professional cleaning company 120 pound to clean the flat before she moved out and 50 pound for removal of appliances that belong to the landlady! In the 4 years she lived there it was impossible to get repairs done. The gas boiler was Not serviced in the time she lived there it was only serviced when it broke down as I am sure sky blue know having a boiler serviced is a legal requirement when my daughter spoke to the incredibly rude unhelpful girl at the agency her response was I'm not talking about the boiler she seemed to think it was more important to discuss the fact a pre payment meter was put in I of course will be reporting this agency to the health and safety executive for. Breaking the law andputting my daughters life at risk i would urge anyone looking for a property to rent to avoid this agency and any landlords check they are carrying out gas checks as required by law
