My experience with Blue Sky has been nothing short of a nightmare. From unresponsive management to constant maintenance issues that never get resolved, it’s clear that tenant satisfaction is not a priority. Communication is poor, problems are ignored, and promises are broken. Would highly recommend Bluesky, being the first property I've sold the process was very new. On the 1st meeting Clare gave me so much information and advice that I was completely unaware. Following every viewing they followed up with them and gave me feedback (having viewed A LOT of properties to buy this is very unusual, I was asked for feedback on 1 property I viewed through a lot of other estate agents and that was only because the vendor had requested). They were on the ball throughout chasing when things slowed down, also using their knowledge to help me understand what was going on where the solicitors were not. I am a landlord and have several properties that I rent out. I can honestly say Blue Sky Properties Lettings are by far the best agent I have used to find a tenant. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they booked an afternoon of back-to-back appointments, after the appointments Bethanie emailed me with a list of each prospective tenant, confirming their situation and affordability with a recommended 1st/2nd/3rd choice. We’ve lived at this property for 8 years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the lettings team at Blue Sky. All issues we’ve had at the house over the years have been dealt with efficiently and with tact, and they’ve been a wonderful third party between us and our landlords. If ever we’ve had questions or simple things to discuss, we know that the team are just a call away. We’d certainly recommend them to anyone else looking rent!

I cannot rate Bluesky enough, they have been absolutely brilliant with everything; the marketing and keeping me informed on feedback, working hard to get the sale and not letting it fall through with a difficult buyer. I am the vendor of the review relating to the 'no chain exchange that took 10 weeks' and I 100% disagree with everything the review says. The time period for the exchange was nothing to do with Bluesky, it was due to paperwork from the Government that was required, although not realised until after the offer. The manager and all staff have been really helpful and reassuring, giving guidance and advice, while quite frankly stopping me pulling out of the sale due to a difficult buyer who was uncooperative, demanding and making the whole sale a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I rate Bluesky high enough that they have been instructed on a family members property and will be my first port of call whenever I sale a property in the future. I have worked in the property industry for the last 4 years and the fee quoted matched that I could get using staff discount at a rival agent and the way the valuation was handled gave me no doubt that Bluesky were the right agent.
