At 41 weeks pregnant Bethanie was great showing us around and explaining everything as we needed to move quickly before baby arrived and got everything sorted so we were able to offer and get the house off the market. From there Natalie and Clare were brilliant, they worked with me to sort anything I needed to provide and chased solicitors to get the process moving quickly while I was too busy at home with a newborn. Blue sky made moving house with a newborn baby a lot less stressful and I can’t thank them enough.

We sold our house through Blue Sky, and couldn't recommend them more highly. We felt like Blue Sky really understood our requirements and appreciated that we were selling our home not a house. All the agents that came to the house were respectful and friendly and ensured they were there in time to look around the house first to ensure they knew the house and could answer any questions potential buyers may have. We received timely feedback following each viewing. We ended up being in a difficult chain and Natalie went above and beyond, contacting all the agents and solicitors in the chain daily to push things through and make the process as smooth as possible in a difficult and stressful situation, she kept us informed throughout and was fantastic. I would use Blue Sky again and absolutely recommend them.

Sue has stayed in regular contact with me, informing me about checks that have to be undertaken in the property, such as Boiler Service Check for example. As first time buyers, we didn't really know what to expect however, Clare explained anything we were unsure of, including solicitors bits that we were hesitant on. Awful Lettings to deal with. Mum lived happily in her home for a year until this company took over from the landlord. Had 0 compassion and respect towards my 61 year old mum who has dementia. Disgustingly rude,patronising and stuck up to mums family on the phone when mum was super poorly. No duty of care atal, acted on reports from a neighbour who picked on my mum, mums care team and support dog.. sent out snotty emails without gathering facts or prof regarding the lies from said neighbours (1 immature couple whom had lived nextdoor a very short while). These people need training on dementia as they allowed our poor mum to feel victimised in her safe place, which ultimately was a reason we moved her. Other tenants/ neighbours have had problems with these people also .. At a time when compassion was needed we were delt with more stress. Totally unacceptable. Avoid.

BlueSky always respond promptly to any issues we raise for our property. The only areas they fall short are consistent communication, as well as keeping on top with certain aspects of administration. This has led to a few confused moments with regards to the arrival of services to amend any issues, or with communicating of the correct details of our tenancy agreement. These issues have never had any significant impact on our relationship with BlueSky, however. Overall, I’m happy with BlueSky and would recommend them.

In the past I have bought and sold many houses and I’ve always been disappointed with the service the estate agents give. Claire came along and assured me their service was first class.
