GoogleTERRIBLE COMPANY I'm a single dad renting a property through Blue Sky and they do not care about their customers. Ive contacted them to notify them of a broken fridge and they do not get back to me, leaving me with no way of feeding my son. Absolutely dreadful. AVOID

GoogleOur purchase of a property listed with blue sky fell through a few days ago after 3 months of waiting around. The way we were spoken to and patronised was awful throughout the process, also other staff members tried to fob me off when I wanted to speak to our named contact on the phone. Bad communication, they need customer service training and if We decide to try and buy a house in the future We will avoid all houses which are being sold through this agency.

GoogleOnce again found this company to give out standing service, above and beyond, I just recently returned from overseas for a visit and at short notice they arranged inspections for me and were very helpful in helping take care of maintenance issues. Outstanding service and ahead of the game! I was recommended to Blue Sky by a friend after I had a negative experience with a national letting company on my first property rental. I have been absolutely delighted with their service, responsiveness and attentiveness, so much that when I acquired a 2nd property to let, I did not hesitate to continue using their services. I live overseas, so as a landlord with considerable investment tied up in 2 rental properties it is important to have good and clear communication. They do this and more, any issues with my properties they hire reputable companies for repairs and all costs are communicated in advance. Every month payments for rent are on time and when tenants vacate they are fast to fill the property with good tenants. They constantly go above and beyond and their service is outstanding.
