GoogleI sold a house with Blue Sky, and they were fabulous. Not like other estate agents. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, not pushy, and highly professional. They also kept me informed every step of the way. This is how estate agents should be. Would 100% recommend, and a special mention for Clare who looked after the sale. Thank you.

GoogleAs a buyer we found their customer service skills very poor, the need of staff training on communication skills & customer service is much needed! The service we received, how we were spoken to and the responding emails were absolutely terrible!! - Use another agent!

GoogleAs first time buyers, we found Blue Sky were extremely supportive during the house buying process. Clare listened to our specifications and was able to find us a number of houses which we were interested in. She was informative during our viewings and was with us all the way throughout. We felt as though we were valued as customers and that Clare really wanted to help us find our dream home.

GoogleVery bad customer service! Especially the manager! Not helpful at all. Be careful when your tenancy finished. Before you move out take photo of everything in the house incase they charge you extra for something isnt your fault.
