It has been a slightly slow process because some prospective tenants have pulled out e.g. due to changes in their circumstances. GoogleBuying as first-time buyers, especially as expats, has probably been one of the most anxiety-inducing experiences we've had, but we can't recommend Josh Normington enough! As our mortgage advisor, he's walked us through the whole process with such a caring and friendly approach that he's truly been the most positive side of this experience. Josh answered all our questions with ease and clarity, took time whenever we had a last-minute doubt, found the best solution for us and reassured us whenever we got stressed out (which was often!). Best service we've received on this journey by far!

Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.
