My co-Trustee and I sold an unusual property and Dan Thomas and his team handled the sale for us. Dan saw the house before it was marketed and gave his honest opinion about the marketing strategy he would suggest, which turned out to be an excellent strategy resulting in several offers being made soon after the property went on the market. Dan Thomas & Co are friendly but very professional. They stand out from other estate agents I have dealt with - I particularly liked the lack of a 'hard sell' at the outset and their enthusiasm throughout. They are a lot more proactive than most agents I have dealt with, and helped move things along when there was some delay in proceeding to exchange of contracts with the first offer we accepted subject to contract. It was of particular concern to us to avoid delays as we were selling the property as trustees. Dan's team worked efficiently and seemlessly, and their was always someone available to deal with anything pressing that arose on any given day. Lorraine and Claire in particular were incredibly supportive and helpful during the sale. Thank you so much Dan and his team! I have no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas & Co 👍

Absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the entire team at Dan Thomas&Co have been brilliant. Without these guys I genuinely don’t believe the purchase of my new house would’ve gone as smooth as it did. When it comes to estate agents these guys really do lead the way! There’s honestly nobody better out there. From meeting Dan himself with Abi who showed me round (on her first day if i remember rightly) to Claire/Lorraine dealing with my multiple phone calls trying to speed the process up! Best Ever Agent!

Everything you would want in an Estate agent - from viewing to completing. Very quick to respond to any queries, efficient always, polite, helpful. Great service, underpinned with true care

We viewed a property listed with Dan, it wasn’t quite right but he had really listened to our thoughts, what was important and suggested us viewing somewhere else that we wouldn’t have thought of. Neither property was right, but we were so impressed with Dan’s honesty and care that we arranged him to value our property. Once again he was reliable, interested and straight talking. His advice was sound. Dan followed up with a detailed email with next steps for consideration.We decided not to go to market in the end, which could have been frustrating, however there was absolutely no pressure, just understanding and the offer of further advice on what would or wouldn’t add value to our current property should we invest here instead. I would definitely recommend Dan and, when we are ready, work with him again.
