Excellent experience highly recommended

I can’t recommend Dan and Claire highly enough. Not only did Dan support us through the entire process, he worked with us to secure our dream home, sharing our situation with the sellers who kindly waited for our house to go onto the market and be sold. Throughout the entire process Dan and Claire were proactive and did everything they could to keep the entire chain updated and aligned. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the stress really was taken away from us having to chase for updates and information. A completely different and very positive experience from our previous house sales with high street estate agents! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and Claire to anyone and would use them time and time again. Thank you!

Dan truly is a 'cut above the rest' in our experience

I can't recommend Dan enough, he truly is a 'cut above the rest' in our experience. They say moving home is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life but with Dan driving the process you feel confident he's fully in control and takes an element of that stress away from you. The communication throughout the process was second to none, and somehow he has the skill of always finding the time to talk to you and has the ability to remain in the driving seat to move things along with a real 'personal' service and a 'can do' attitude. That was important to us as we managed to achieve a very quick sale and in the middle of a Coronavirus Pandemic thanks to Dan! If you want a personalised, focused and driven sale use Dan, we certainly will again once we're ready to move again!

It has been 20 years since we have moved house and some of the awful stories we had heard from friends about selling/buying properties had made us very wary and apprehensive. Above and beyond! A seamless service.

On recommendation, my parents chose Dan Thomas & Co - Estate Agent to sell one of their rental properties. The team arranged floorplans and fantastic photos very quickly and within a week or so of the property being listed, viewings had been arranged and the house sold quickly. The use of a group WhatsApp between agent and seller is invaluable and allows questions to be answered quickly without the need for a phone call or visit to the office. The whole process was seamless and the team kept us updated throughout. They even gifted my parents some post-completion goodies to thank them for their business, which was a lovely touch.
