They have five stars for good reason. Professional, courteous, organised. We purchased our property through Dan Thomas, but wish they were the estate agents my parents instructed to sell their place, because they were so much more useful. We had a better, more honest relationship with Dan Thomas than the estate agents we were paying!! Estate agents don't have the best reputations.... Dan Thomas are different, hence the five stars. Thank you all for your help, especially Lorraine... You were amazing!

They have five stars for good reason. Professional, courteous, organised. Excellent experience

Thank you to Lorraine and Dan in particular who helped us with the purchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble. The team kept us informed of every development and got back to our enquiries promptly even after we had moved in. They pursued the solicitors regularly to ensure that the sales went through before mortgage deals expired. Arranging a second visit so we could show our son the property was not too much trouble and they were always friendly and approachable. We received a gorgeous bouquet and bottle of Prosecco upon completion. We would definitely use the firm if we were to move in the future.

My husband and I decided to buy a house in Gravesend. As first time buyers, we were aware that the process was not going to be easy. We saw a beautiful flat on zoopla and contacted the state agents to arrange a view. It was Lorraine who came to show the house. From the first moment he was very kind, close and professional. We loved the house but had a few questions before making our offer. Lorraine answered all our questions the next day, outside of her working hours since it was Sunday, of course we were very pleasantly surprised. That same day we put our offer and the next day Lorraine reported that the seller had accepted it. From then on, Lorraine kept in touch via email. It took an average of 15 minutes to answer our emails. Always very professional. Claire was also contacting us when they needed information from us. The process from the view to completion took only 3 months (including Christmas). On completion day I had to work but I was so grateful to them that I worked extra hours during the week so I could go and thank them in person. This small estate agency is the opposite of what we have known up to now. They are professional, close and human. If I had to buy another house in the area... I would go directly to them... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

A STRESS FREE HOUSE SALE It is often said that moving house is the most stressful thing you’ll do. We didn’t relish the thought of the process before we set out. All the usual cynicisms came to mind about estate agents. But we are so glad that we decided to book Dan Thomas & Co to sell our cottage. Even from our initial call to them, we could tell they were going to treat us with the utmost respect. There was none of the schmooze that is sometimes heard from other estate agents. Dan visited us and genuinely took time to listen to our apprehensions and was completely honest and transparent throughout, he really put our minds at rest and, only after we were happy and understood all aspects of the process, set out a plan of action, of which we felt that we had been totally in control of that plan and any decisions made. Dan introduced us to his colleagues, Jo and Claire, who were equally as helpful, friendly and honest, indeed the whole team were always readily contactable and would always call exactly when they said they would and kept us fully updated throughout. Claire was very professional and liaised with the agent handling the property we were buying brilliantly and without fuss. Excellent. Jo handled all our viewings and visited us prior to these, not only to familiarise herself with our property, but also to make sure she could relay all the information that we wanted to covey to potential buyers. Absolutely brilliant. Our place was a 200 year old cottage with not much to compare it to regarding a marketing strategy, but Dan Thomas & Co pitched it just right and obtained thirteen viewings in one weekend! We had five immediate offers above the threshold price and had an agreement within two days. Fantastic. This goes to show how the viewers were impressed not only with the cottage, but I’m sure with the way they were treated by our agent. Contrary to the usual cynical view of estate agents, this was completely stress free. We feel we were given good trustworthy advice and care from start to finish and will definitely recommend Dan Thomas & Co to anyone.
