We bought a property that was sold by Dan Thomas and co. and had an excellent experience of a buyer of theirs! By far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with, very professional and friendly, no problem too small! Answers the phone every time and responds to emails very quickly. Open and honest about enquiries. Mainly dealt with Dan himself or Claire who were both brilliant. If we sell, we would feel confident using this estate agent!

Simply the Best!…

I approached Dan Thomas for a valuation on my father's property, along with 2 of the High Street chains. It was immediately clear than Dan was the man to go with. His approach was much more personal from the start. He was honest in his valuation and gave details for his suggested plan of action. I felt immediately at ease and felt I could trust him and his team to deliver. And they did! Within a week of asking him to sell the property the photos and details were done and an open house viewing arranged with 20 viewings and a substantial number of offers. (Thank you Jo!) I was kept informed all the way through by phone or personal WhatApp messages.After the offer was accepted there were some delays which was absolutely no fault of the agent. All I can say is they never put the case to one side, chase ups and follow ups were conducted by Claire and I was updated weekly. As we neared exchange and completion the contact was maintained.This was probably the best service I have ever had in dealing with Estate agents! Should I ever need to sell my own property I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Being an independent they offer much more personal service. This was a difficult sale for me as my father had passed away, but I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and their care of me as a client.

We would highly recommend Dan Thomas and Co. We felt they was a very professional, friendly A* estate agent, which can be hard to find these days. The service we received was so personal and first class we didn’t feel like we was dealing with a company, just a friend! Fantastic service!

Absolutely fantastic service! Dan Thomas & Co were the agents for a property we bought before Christmas. We liaised mainly with Claire throughout and she maintained excellent communication with our estate agents and solicitors to help move the process forward quickly. Don't think we would have been in before Christmas otherwise! We were initially shown around by Jo, and Dan also met us at the house for a visit once our offer was accepted and also on moving in day, where we were met with a lovely bunch of flowers, bow on the door and bubbly. It made it even more personal and exciting. Professional approach, pragmatic when faced with challenges. Communication was consistent with all parties throughout the process which kept us up to speed ever step of the way. We purchased a property on the market with Dan Thomas and co and wished we had also sold our property through him too. We were kept up to date and we really got a sense that he was on our side and working for us as much as his vendors. Any questions we had he worked hard to get the answers for promptly. He had good connections with the conveyancer we used and so was able to help speed the process along and chase on our behalf. When Dan showed us round the property I was struck by how personable yet professional he was, he gave us all the information we needed but also gave us the space to take a look in our own time too - it can be really off putting when estate agents give you the hard sell and don’t give you any space to get to know the property - not the case at all with Dan. There are so many wheeler-dealer estate agents out there but Dan is a respectable professional. I’ve sold two properties now and if I happen to sell another I would use Dan Thomas and co and recommend him to my friends and family. Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can confidently say that Dan Thomas & Co are up there with the very best. Contrary to the reputation associated with estate agents, Dan and his team have consistently proven to be genuine, honest and caring people and have been a pleasure to work with over the past several months. There are often many ups and downs during the buying and selling process and what is paramount for a successful sale is clear, open and transparent communication between all parties. This I feel is where Dan and Claire excel themselves and separate themselves from many of their competitors. Fantastic service from Dan Thomas & Co; We saw our dream property and called to book a viewing straight away. Given the current climate, the seller didn’t want to book viewings until our property was on the market or sold STC, so Dan and Claire helped us to get on the market and viewings booked. Within a few short weeks, we had an offer on our property, had viewed our dream home and had our offer accepted!
