We purchased a property from Dan Thomas & Co and received a fantastic service from start to finish. Very informative, friendly and professional. Dan always replied to my messages no matter what time of the day it was. Our sale was dragging on for longer than it should have done and Dan helped massively to get things completed otherwise we would have still been waiting now! We also received some flowers, drinks and chocolates for our children on completion day which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended 😊

Best estate agents that I have encountered

We have just bought a house using Dan Thomas and Co. and it has been a brilliant experience.We had lost out on several houses before finding one we really loved. Luckily for us, Dan, Claire and Jo were selling and marketing the property on the seller's behalf.I can honestly say that Dan Thomas are the best estate agents that I have encountered. Throughout the sale they were extremely knowledgeable, approachable, proactive and hard working. They worked long hours to help us and the seller get the sale over the line.Most of all, however, what really shone through was that they acted with integrity, transparency throughout the sale.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas and Co. I purchased my first property through…

I purchased my first property through Dan (and Claire), and sadly my solicitor was awful. Thankfully I had Dan and Claire to essentially fill in the gaps where the solicitor had missed things and help me to understand what is a very confusing process if you are doing it for the first time! They were patient and kept me updated with any issues the selling end brilliantly. If I was ever to sell a property I would undoubtedly choose Dan Thomas & Co in the future (my parents have said the same!). Thanks both for an excellent service!

Excellent service.

Have recently completed on the sale of my house and cannot recommend Dan and his team highly enough. Moving house can be a stressful experience but I received regular updates including out of hours help, support and advice when needed. Nothing was too much trouble and greatly appreciate Dan and Claire's efforts in securing the sale. Their integrity is clearly paramount, which is something often found lacking in other estate agents, and they go above and beyond for their clients.

Hardworking and honest

Fantastic service from Dan Thomas & Co; We saw our dream property and called to book a viewing straight away. Given the current climate, the seller didn’t want to book viewings until our property was on the market or sold STC, so Dan and Claire helped us to get on the market and viewings booked. Within a few short weeks, we had an offer on our property, had viewed our dream home and had our offer accepted! Throughout the process, Dan and Claire worked extremely hard to keep the ball rolling; they were always accessible by phone or email, and dealt with some stressful situations extremely professionally with a calm and controlled presence. The most genuine Estate Agency I dealt with

Daniel and Claire have been absolutely amazing all the way throughout our property purchase and they both have been working hard to achieve the best results. Our emails and text messages (no matter how many, what time of the day or what day of the week/ including weekends) have been replied to immediately and in pure detail. They always made sure to forward any concerns of ours (as buyers) on to the seller and not only that, Daniel has stayed in touch with us for weeks to come after we’ve moved in, to assist us with further questions we’ve had for the seller (like colour of paint used in the rooms etc.) We cannot recommend Dan Thomas & Co highly enough, therefore none of their customers would feel disappointed as they are the best 👍

Review of Dan Thomas and Co Estate agent

Well, just saying "Estate agents" used to make some people uneasy but this definitely shouldn't be the case with Dan Thomas & Co. Should you be thinking about selling/purchasing a property in the North West Kent area it would be a mistake to overlook this new agency. We chose Dan Thomas and Co agent after a neighbour gave a glowing review on their performance and we were not let down. Looking back, working with Dan and Claire on the sale of our property in the shadows of the pandemic was definitely the right choice, I don't think we would have seen the attention to detail, excellent communication etc etc. These guys are really switched on and never missed a beat. A real breath of fresh air, thank you so much guys

Excellent service on purchase, wish we had used for sale too

We purchased a property on the market with Dan Thomas and co and wished we had also sold our property through him too. We were kept up to date and we really got a sense that he was on our side and working for us as much as his vendors. Any questions we had he worked hard to get the answers for promptly. He had good connections with the conveyancer we used and so was able to help speed the process along and chase on our behalf.When Dan showed us round the property I was struck by how personable yet professional he was, he gave us all the information we needed but also gave us the space to take a look in our own time too - it can be really off putting when estate agents give you the hard sell and don’t give you any space to get to know the property - not the case at all with Dan. There are so many wheeler-dealer estate agents out there but Dan is a respectable professional. I’ve sold two properties now and if I happen to sell another I would use Dan Thomas and co and recommend him to my friends and family.He also gave a very warm welcome on the day of completion, handing over the keys at the property which was such a nice touch not having to faff around going to an office.
