Responses via email regarding the moving in day and logistics of the building are not very clear. I am still waiting for responses from the building manager or anyone that can help with electric and water meters as well as other site features of my property.
Hi Holly,Thank you for your review and we hope you’re settling in to your new home nicely! Apologies that some of the information wasn’t too clear on move in day. Our Community Manager who would ordinarily move you in and show you around fell ill suddenly that day so someone else did have to step in at the last minute. I believe that our Head of BTR has been in touch with you since to make sure you have everything you need. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us, your building manager and community manager are on hand to help.

Very disappointed. My daughter starting a postgraduate university course was interested in a home. Despite the fact that I as her father was prepared to guarantee the rent the company wanted 12 months rent in advance. This appears to me to be totally unreasonable.

I understand that our Head of Lettings has spoken to you today and looked in to the conversations between your daughter and our lettings team. We’d like to confirm that we do accept guarantors. If for whatever reason a guarantor isn’t possible or doesn’t meet with our criteria then we will always offer the option to pay up-front as an alternative option. From looking in to this conversation with you, we can see that things weren’t explained as well as they should have been so we really do apologise for that. If you’d like to discuss further or you’d like to re-open conversations around applying, then we would be happy to help.

I could not physically view the property before my application. Now that I passed the reference check, I am doing to follow up on viewing the property to prepare towards my move-in date.
