The flat is clean and spacious with useful furnitures. The maintenance team is efficient and customer-oriented that they come and clean up the flat effectively. The only drawback is my flat has no balcony.

Since I have moved here my daughter really settled well. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the workers are so friendly. The neighbours are friendly and I have made some good friendships here. I do not regret moving here.

Courtney Davis from the Wolverhampton branch was so unhelpful, left all day chasing her after saying she would call back. When I did eventually get hold of her she had no time to speak to me and was absolutely rude. Won’t be contacting again.

We have reviewed our call records and we can see that you called at 8.45am initially and then subsequently called again a further 4 times later that morning / early afternoon. Unfortunately each time you called Courtney was on other calls, however we know that you were able to speak to other members of staff to pass on your messages to Courtney. When Courtney finally got hold of you she was able to confirm that she had also tried calling you back 3 times that day but had no response. As you are now also aware, this is because the primary contact details we had on our records for you was your other half’s number. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and as Courtney explained over the phone, we can assure you that Courtney had genuinely been trying to reach you too. We have also listened to the recording of your final call with Courtney the same day and we’re pleased to hear that Courtney came across professional and the conversation between you sounded very amicable.
