I contacted Robert Ellis Estate Agents in Long Eaton to arrange valuations for my uncle’s properties and was really happy with how everything was handled. The reason behind the valuations is unfortunate, so it meant a lot that the process was straightforward and stress free all the way from start to finish. I initially spoke with Freya, she was helpful, courteous and patient as I explained the reason behind everything. Freya arranged the valuation appointments in an efficient and professional way, everything was arranged without any stress, which I really appreciated. The valuation was carried out by Mike, who was very professional in the way he came across, the way he dressed, and with his many years of knowledge. We found him very easy to talk to and willing to go that extra mile if needed. While chatting I think he mentioned having about 30 years of experience, and it honestly showed. He arrived well prepared, took his time explaining things clearly, and didn’t rush any of the three consecutive appointments. The information he gave was detailed but easy to understand, which was useful when explaining things to my uncle. The reports were sent through quickly with detailed information in each. They covered everything we needed, and nothing felt missing or overlooked. Overall, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and made a potentially stressful situation feel a lot easier. It’s clear the team take pride in what they do, and I can see why this branch has such a good reputation in the Long Eaton area.

On a wet miserable day this young lady greeted us outside the property with a natural smile & relaxed manner. She then showed us around answering all our questions professionally & honestly. Morgan Mcgrath showed us around this property and was very professional and enthusiastic. She was able to tell us what work had been done and agreed to ask the vendor some questions on our behalf.
