GoogleWhilst purchasing my first house I went to Tim at the mortgage company for advice and help in finding the right product. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Their customer service and knowledge was more than brilliant. They made me experience very enjoyable and stress free. The staff at Robert Ellis are always polite and professional and are always happy to help. Highly recommend both.

Years ago I used Robert Ellis to sell a house, so when I recently needed a letting agent (now as a landlord) I chose Robert Ellis again. Both Chantelle and Joe have been excellent communicators, they have always been friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and very accurate. At all times was I informed about progress and my queries were promptly answered. Complete peace of mind!

GoogleWe recently sold my Mothers home through Robert Ellis. It was part of her estate and had been the family home for more than 50 years. The team at Robert Ellis were very professional and understanding at what was a difficult time. they made the experience as easy as possible. GoogleI found Morgan to be really helpful regarding the property I viewed today in Toton. I thought the layout of the property to be ideal but was in need of quite a lot of renovation. I am still waiting for my property to be sold before I can make a realistic offer.

GoogleThey never get back to you. I've been waiting 3 weeks to hear back about a property I applied for. Every time you call them they promise to contact the landlord before a certain date and they never do. They've given me two dates saying you will definitely know by then however that is not the case. This is awful customer service expecially when your working with a tight schedule. This review could of been simply prevented by better communication, just simply updates even once a week. You should not need to wait nearly a month to find out if your application has been selected for a house. And I'm still waiting but just given up chasing them after so many calls.
