GoogleThey never get back to you. I've been waiting 3 weeks to hear back about a property I applied for. Every time you call them they promise to contact the landlord before a certain date and they never do. They've given me two dates saying you will definitely know by then however that is not the case. This is awful customer service expecially when your working with a tight schedule. This review could of been simply prevented by better communication, just simply updates even once a week. You should not need to wait nearly a month to find out if your application has been selected for a house. And I'm still waiting but just given up chasing them after so many calls.

Spoke to the chap selling the house who said he'd already accepted an offer. Called Robert Ellis who said estate agent was 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later... no estate agent.
