GoogleA first!!!. There are many letting agents out there. Most of which do not care about tenants nor the landlord, which is a surprise. Robert Ellis have bucked the terrible trend and have a brilliant ethos around Customer Service and attention to detail.

GoogleNever dealt with a company who avoided replying to emails and telephone messages as much as these. Sent several enquiries about good properties, very happy to see some of these are still advertised a month and a half after my enquires! AVOID.
