They helped push along the solicitors on both sides to ensure nothing got lost in the cracks and things moved as quickly as possible to enable us to complete. I could not have expected more from them! Without Nicola's assistance we would have had delays and misunderstandings which she got to the bottom of and sorted out immediately. GoogleWinkworth gave a Landlord Conference on 6th June 2024 which provided an excellent informative talk from Paul Shamplina giving an insight into the future of being a landlord and a further talk with useful slides from Crowe accountants providing info on how to decide to run your properties from Day 1 or change further down the line. Winkworth go the extra mile in being helpful to Landlord.

GoogleWe had a scheduled viewing with Jon Beadle - who went out of his way to schedule this viewing coordinating across multiple folks and showed up ahead of time with a plan and a full detail pertinent to the flat. It’s not as often we have come across professional and sharp estate agents and Jon definitely stood out.
