Michael guided me through the property viewing and answered all my questions promptly. Shout out to Alison, Jess and Keira for their help through the referencing stage to me getting the keys. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the process stress-free was commendable.

GoogleWinkworth have been a lifesaver. I had a bad experience with another local estate agent before coming to Winkworths. The contrast was night and day. Which is not surprising given their many years of working knowledge in the Greenwich area. They were open, friendly and honest from the start. From Guy Epps the Director viewing my property and working with me to shape the description together with Deborah taking amazing photos and a video walkthrough, they really showed off my property to its full glory. Then taking the new house profile and activating their extensive network of buyers, they were so successful that I received an offer on the first weekend of viewings! Which was amazing given my previous bad experience. Their team work to carry me through the full end to end process then kicked in. Gillian fielding requests from solicitors And both parties with supreme professionalism and tact was always reassuring even when I was feeling the stress that invariably comes when selling a house. Even John in lettings was equally in my corner helping me with my next move. I really can’t recommend Winkworth enough. You really can’t beat them.

GoogleAvoid if you can. Trying to charge £80 for a missing window key, amongst other spurios attempts at getting their hands on the rental deposit. Thank god for the independent DPS adjudicators. Plus the agent not bothering to show up multiple times having booked time off work wasted a lot of our time.
Dear Jason, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Ultimately, we follow the landlord's instructions regarding deductions from a deposit. When an agreement cannot be reached, the DPS arbitration team determines the distribution, as was the case with your deposit return. After reviewing your case, it appears that the DPS made a fair decision based on the evidence provided for all parties We wish you the best for the future. GoogleJust over 3 months ago these guys helped my wife and I move into a new place. From the beginning to the present they have been nothing but helpful and understanding. Our new Landlady is a dream but I honestly believe that Felicity played an instrumental roll. From the first viewing, to helping us with all the paperwork and with any little issues we may have had, she has sorted out in a professional, expedient and human manner. She and the team that work with her should be proud of the job they do. In short, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

GoogleI recently sold my property with Winkworth and was happy with the service provided. This was the third year in a row I attempted to sell (with other agents previously.) This time I had a buyer within 2 viewings. The sale process was quite long and complicated (no fault of WW) and Patrick and the team were great at keeping us up to date and coordinated with everyone else in our chain. Highly recommend using Winkworth.

GoogleWinkworth we really lovely to work with when looking for our new home. We'd had a really bad experience with a previous landlord and they were so understanding and helpful. Alison was super friendly and professional. She really understood what I wanted and despite us choosing a different property in the end could not have done more to make the process a positive experience. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

However I can safely say my experience dealing with Winkworths in Blackheath was excellent from start to finish. From Patrick (and the other guys in the office) giving feedback on viewings, to negotiating an acceptable offer, right through to Nicola pushing the conveyancing process forward to exchange and completion. GoogleTwenty six years ago I appointed Winkworth to manage my first property. Since then they have managed a further four properties, two of which I bought through them and all four they have sold for me. I can’t thank the Letting and Sales teams enough for the incredible service they have provided over the years. Professional, friendly, highly knowledgable and customer focussed. Please pass on my heart felt thanks to everyone who has helped ease the “burden” of being a landlord!! I would highly recommend for buying, selling and letting.
