GoogleWe have recently had an excellent experience selling with Winkworth Blackheath. Steve, Nicola, Tom and Patrick were professional and efficient throughout the process. Our sale was a bit complicated and Winkworth were very flexible and accommodating. Winkworth were involved with all three properties in the chain and Nicola kept us updated along the way, seemingly keeping everyone happy! GoogleUnprofessional and bad communication. Booked a viewing (also received an email and text confirmation) but the agent never showed up. Called the office and they told us those confirmation was generated automatically so we should not take them as a YES for viewing. The flat was under offer at that time and they won’t show it to us. Thank you for coming! The 1 star is for your Ealing branch as they are much professional and customer-centred.

In the current market where demand is very high, we are seeing properties being pursued by a large number of people and multiple bookings on properties are being arranged. GoogleTom and Nicola have been nothing short of incredible over the past 6 weeks as we rushed to get our property completed before the stamp duty change. We have been so impressed by how responsive they have both been to our queries, and well as their proactivity in following up with other stakeholders in the deal to ensure we had the best chance of meeting our desired deadlines. No question was too small, and whenever we were unsure about anything they both went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I understood exactly what we needed to know. We also appreciate their honestly throughout the process - everything was direct and to the point, which is something we thoroughly appreciated. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more from Nicola, Tom and the wider Winkworth team - they make what is supposedly one of the most ‘stressful processes’ and absolute breeze - THANK YOU!

Alison in the lettings team has been incredible in terms of ensuring my home was always rented out and when I was looking to sell, Steve and his team jumped in and from going to market to offer was 48 hours which was pretty spectacular. The whole team made the process as stress free as it could be and dare I say it fun, which I know is something that is not always levelled at estate agents! Thank you for bucking the trend. Nicola Epps deserves a special mention as she kept me fully updated following the sale. I never felt any question was too small or silly and I knew exactly where I was in the process. GoogleWinkworth gave a Landlord Conference on 6th June 2024 which provided an excellent informative talk from Paul Shamplina giving an insight into the future of being a landlord and a further talk with useful slides from Crowe accountants providing info on how to decide to run your properties from Day 1 or change further down the line. Winkworth go the extra mile in being helpful to Landlord.
