I would have never thought to leave a positive review for an estate agency. In a nutshell I would recommend Winkworth agents 10/10. I have recently rented a flat with my girlfriend with their agency. They made a stressful process much easier to go through for us. The first compliment goes to the agent Olivia. She has been very kind, patient and respectful throughout the whole process with us, providing an extremely professional service. She would accommodate our requests and reply our answers honestly, instead of trying to sell any place at any cost (like most agents tend to do). After making the offer for the flat we have been in contact with the agent Michelle and she was as professional as Olivia. She replied with extreme promptness to every one of our answers.

Booked in to view 2 properties. Got a text from Holly (didn't even have the decency to call me) when I was on my way, having left work early, to say they were unable to gain access to either of the properties. She was barely apologetic and her general tone made it seem like she didn't really care about how much of an inconvenience it was for me. I asked her to find out when she would be able to gain access and let me know so we could reschedule. It's been a week and I haven't hear from her. If you want my advice save your effort and avoid.

We have recently bought a property through Winkworth on Ladbroke Grove and Miles held the sale together very well throughout the course of the process. He helped us contact a number of different parties that really helped us get the sale over the line. They struck a good balance of being proactive and assertive where needed, but without being too pushy. From a buyers perspective, Winkworth were very good, and we would therefore recommend using them to look for a property for sale in W10.

I was so impressed with this service from holly. She was professional and very helpful. She did everything she could to help us land our first choice flat, and when it fell through- despite her fighting so hard for us- she immediately worked to find us a new option that could be as good. We ended up increasing our budget and taking a place we liked more but we were so grateful for holly's help and assistance Of all the agents we met and spoke to over the course of our flat hunt, holly was by far our favourite and the most helpful. Next time we have to move she will be the first agent we get in contact with.
