GoogleI cannot praise John Savage highly enough for all of his support and help. He was absolutely instrumental in reaching the exchange and completion and without his help I have no doubt that the deal would have fallen through. This was my first experience of buying a property and John guided me every step of the way. We all know the bad reputation of Estate Agents but John simply breaks the mould. He has the highest integrity and works tirelessly and fairly on behalf of both the buyer and seller, he literally went above and beyond, even helping my seller to move. I'd like to personally thank John for everything he has done, it was his hard work that made it possible for me to buy such a great flat.

GoogleEver since we walked into Winkworth's Ladbroke Grove office we have had nothing but good things to say about the team there. Everyone we have met has been professional and friendly, especially Jon who is right up there with the best estate agents we have ever dealt with over years of property purchases and sales. Not only did Jon find us the ideal purchase but he minimised the usual stresses of the process and was patient with delays and hesitations. When the purchase was complete Jon was tremendously helpful with last minute details, recommending builders and white van men and even cycling to the property with the keys when they had been left with him by mistake. Outstanding service from the whole team with an extra big thank you to Jon. We are recommending you to everyone!

GoogleWas interested in a property that Winkworth were listing and up on viewing we choose to go for this property and payed Winkworth a holding deposit. we then found out that the property was on with multiple agents so we were still not guaranteed... long story short Winkworth have still to this day not told me the property has been let via another agency to someone else. this of course was not a problem but took a whole month of trying to get hold of anyone to return our holding deposit eventually I threatened legal action and my deposit was repaid and then Winkworth double paid me which of course I had to pay straight back but just another display of how unorganised this company is! if you are looking for transparency and good communications probably best to avoid this company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

She got me a great price but more importantly the process went very smoothly and she was always responsive, helped me with my solicitors and got the flat exchanged in a few weeks.
