GoogleExcellent Tenancy Service I worked with Sarah Wareham from Winchester White during my new property search on Oct 2020. Unlike the other agents, she tried to understand what works for me and she offered lots of alternative options. After selecting the property that best suits my needs, she continue to follow up for any missing documents to speed up the process. I will definetely go back to her first when I decide to move again.

GoogleI have been renting in and around London for 16 years and this estate agent is by far the worst I've ever encountered. We moved in (after the property had apparently just been completely refurbished) to find our shower didn't work. It took them 2 weeks to fix during which time we had to find other places to wash. There was damp and mould all throughout the property (due to holes in the roof) and over the course of 12 months they did nothing but 'organise' bodge jobs and quick fixes which did not resolve the problem and caused one tenant to move out due to health concerns. They don't reply to calls or emails and you have to constantly chase them to get anything done. They didn't even bother to tell us that our landlord was selling the property and we only found out when they called to ask when would be ok to come and do a survey.......!! When we moved in I informed their lettings manager of broken floorboards in one of the bedrooms and he assured me they would be made a note of. He then lied about this when we moved out, claiming this never happened and I got charged for them. And this is just the tip of things! Whether they are a good agent if you're a landlord I can't say, but I would advise anyone NOT to rent a property that is managed by them under any circumstances! Would give them zero stars if I could!

GoogleI cant recommend winchester white enough. Right from day one Ines was truly amazing, she was so patient with us and no issue was too big. We had a few hiccups along the way meaning paperwork and moving dates had to be changed and Ines was so understanding and got it sorted within 15 minutes. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with and won't go anywhere else now.

She has been incredibly helpful, quick responses to questions and emails and understood our needs, making the stressful moving process especially before Christmas painless. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lettings agent in the Wimbledon area.

GoogleWe were relocating from overseas and under time pressure to find a property to avoid significant short term accommodation costs. After being messed around by another large agency, Filipa agreed to take us on some viewings on a Saturday afternoon after only a couple of hours notice. She was able to get tenants to agree to viewings on short notice and was lovely to deal with. Filipa worked on getting paperwork completed outside of work hours and was able to finalise a property agreement for us within 6 days of that first contact, just before Christmas. We are very grateful for her hard work.

GoogleFew people know that after 12 months fixed contract tenants are not obliged to prolong and can continue on rolling based contract with 2 months of notice period. As long as tenants are paying it is only court who can evict them. We were renting through this company for 4 years and it was always a stress at renewal period to commit for another 12 months with break clause only possible after the 8th. Such break clauses are not sustainable at current job market or when people are planning to get a mortgage. I had a feeling they were pro landlords rather than fair.
