Elizabeth Whitehead, whom we first met, was super-efficient and delivered exactly on what she had set out and we have found the support partners and the WW finance team - particulaly Rachel Balogun - very helpful: answering our queries precisely and clearly. Frankly, thus far: flawless and well ahead of the field.

Recently, I had a viewing with Holly to see an apartment. She was honestly one of the best letting agents I have dealt with. She was extremely clear, informative and made the process so easy. Her manager Ieva, as well, was very helpful in sorting out the administration and communication with the landlord. Great experience and we are happy we have found a new apartment!

I looked for a property to rent in Wimbledon, Axel from Winchester White helped me in view properties. I found Axel very friendly and professional, it is very pleasant to work with him, and I have received really helpful and fair advice. It felt that Winchester White is a very good state agent to deal with. All in all, very good experience, hence 5 out of 5.

TrustpilotTruly Awful - Poor/Amateur Service with Rude / Aggressive Behaviour
Since the 27th of September I have been waiting for the payment of my rental income for my property. Winchester white decided to pay me via CHAPs (not as agreed in my contract) and a method not supported by my bank. The monies were returned from the suspense account back to HSBC the bank Winchester White bank with on the 29th Sep - To date, I have to chase for updates and am yet to receive my rental income whilst facing staff who do not know who Winchester White bank with (i.e. claimed they bank with the HMRC!), aggressive and rude, dissmissive communications/behaviour in addition to a simple lack of urgency. Terrible
