Ieva and Romana of Winchester White were professional efficient and very helpful in finding me tenants - I felt I could trust them to give me good advice and get me a very specific kind reliable tenants. They were proactive , quick to pick up the phone to help out when we needed to make some last minute changes. As a first time landlord i found them to be reassuring and a safe pair of hands in finding me the very specific kind of tenants I needed. They worked hard to get me what I wanted and I really appreciated that! Despite I’m sure having many other clients , they made me feel like they were only working for me ! They were really great- 5 stars ⭐️ !

GoogleI called Winchester White to book a property viewing for the following day and spoke with someone over the phone who asked for my phone number to send a confirmation for the viewing by text. I did not receive a confirmation. The following morning, I realised that I would not be able to make the viewing time, so called while I was on my way to London to try to change the time a little. After a couple of calls where the people I spoke to weren't able to help me or locate details of my viewing, I was finally able to speak to the person in charge of my viewing, who said that the property was under offer so I couldn't view it. They had been apparently trying to 'find my number' since the previous evening, since there was a 'mistake' in the one they had recorded. I had called using my number - it's not impossible to find. My partner and I don't live in London and had spent over £50 on transport to go and view flats. Not pleased to have had my time wasted.
