Responsive Management and a Positive Rental Experience

I rented a property with Vonder at Eislebener Straße 1, Berlin, and my experience was mostly positive. The property matched the description in the advertisement, with only minor aspects that could have been improved, but nothing significant. What stood out most was the management team’s responsiveness, maintenance issues were addressed quickly, which made living there very convenient. I would definitely recommend Vonder to others for their professional and efficient service.

Solid place to stay in Munich

I stayed at Vonder in Munich and had a positive experience overall. The S8 train is right outside the door, the building is kept clean, and although the room was on the smaller side (single room) - it had everything I needed. The only real negatives I had about my stay was that the laundry cycles were extremely long and people didn't know how to shorten them, towels and sheets are given once (but you must clean them on your own), and the kitchen sink was quite small. Besides that, it was a solid place to stay while living in Munich and I'd recommend it if you're staying in Munich somewhat longterm.

Amazing Service and Support

Hello,yesterday, I need a urgent staying for 1.5 month (which Vonder make minimum 2 month contract), they made an exception for me. I paid the one rent and 2 month deposit as a standard. Normally my staying will be start today. that is why they gave me a very quick response and help. I really appreciated that part but more important part is coming after. I had another urgent situation at night and I need to cancel my staying. At first as a standart response is they must cut the rent and only deposit refund. but after a moment they told me they will give me full refund becuase of my urgent situation. I lived at Vonder Munchen for 6 month. I can only say that it is the best place that you can stay.

I've had the pleasure of staying at a furnished apartment with Vonder GmbH for the past two years, and my experience has been fantastic. Another company have taken over our tenancy yet Vonder still keep chasing us asking for '21 days overdue' rent - even though this has been paid to the other company and they previously sent an email telling us to disregard their prior email advising us rent was due.It's disgusting that they would still try and claw money from people who are no longer their tenants and complete incompetence that they can't simply update they're automated systems. Now I'm anxious that this will impact my credit score.

One of the best place to stay in Munich

I had a very good stay in Vonder Munich , the facilities provided are great value for money. This place serves very well as temporary accommodation for expats until they find a permanent one.S8 is on door step and it is very accessible for daily commute.The only issue i had with self cleaning the room, they used to provide vacuum cleaner on request to clean the room by yourself, but in the last two months they stopped providing it but you can order a room service for 20 EUR.

A great place to stay!

I have stayed in Vonder in the first few months of during my probation period to where I worked. I did not have difficulty in finding a well-placed, accessible to transportation, pharmacy nearby, grocery place to lived on during these days.It helped me alot and the place is very well maintained. Even have a days where all the tenants gather together to meet new friends and all drinks and snacks are provided free of charge!Thank you and will be recommending this place to some who is looking for a temporary place to stay near Munich.

VonderK55 - convenience at the heart of Berlin

Located conveniently, VonderEurope's VonderK55 in Berlin Mitte simplified my daily routines with easy access to amenities and transportation options, enhancing my work-life balance. Thanks to their transparent pricing and all-inclusive utilities, VonderK55 became a smart choice for me and my partner. The Laundry machines in the part basement are usually available and cleaned biweekly. Other fellow tenants come from different parts of the world and are really friendly in this VonderK55 community. Maintenance manager Ori has always been helpful, thanks to prompt responses from VonderEurope's operations team.I highly recommend the stays as they are well designed with the confined space. The location is a BIG plus with groceries 5-6 mins away, well connected to Bus (right outside the building), S-bahn, U8 and U2. Definately planning to stay here longer.

The moving process, the readiness of everything in the house and the quick support of the Vonder team throughout the process were the things that made me the most happy throughout the whole process. Really good with a few minor things

I already did review 1 month ago but the form was different :)I scored Vonder Munich 9 of 10. But probably it is more close to 8.In sum everything is really good: location, comfortable and new apartaments, quiet (at least mine), friendly staff at reception.Minor problems: fire alarms, washing rooms (overcrowded or not functioning), heating/air conditioning (sometimes really cold in winter or really hot in summer), full containers in trash room, cost :)I count them as "minor" because they are rare.In a perfect world I'd also want to have kinda office hall/room to work with my laptop out of my apartment. The places for that on the very first floor are not comfortable enough for that IMO.

We lived in a 3BD flat on the 13th floor a family of 4. Since the first contact with the building company ALL the way until we unfortunately left everything was beyond our expectations! The flat was beautifully and well designed and we had everything we ever needed in the flat or one call away with the lovely front desk staff. Definitely amazing common spaces and great social life. Facilities like gym and cinema and so much more makes a very high value for money! And a great bonus was the amazing outlet 5 minutes away (amazing location for shopping lovers and yang happy people!) and 2 minutes walking to the tube! Thank you VONDER family! We will miss you.

Great experience

My wife and I arrived to London for a relocation from work.When we arrived we were met by a representative at the entrance who brought us the key and gave us a tour of the complex. The apartment was big and clean and had all the necessary equipment so we didn't have to buy anything. The gym in the complex was very important to my wife and she used to go every day - very well equipped and clean. For me, the workspaces were excellent and allowed me to hold meetings and work quietly. Various events are held in the complex, such as the broadcast of football games in the lounge and holiday celebrations.All in all, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and highly recommend it to those who need a well-equipped apartment and are looking for a place that is accessible to everything and with active social life
