Vonder village BrentfordTW8 9GX has become an absolute vile place to live. Bin sheds over flowing. Lift never working. Tramps in the building dumping rubbish under the stair case which makes the building smell vile. Almost causing me to throw up when coming in. The new lady property manager stands outside the front of the building smoking cigarettes and speaking on her personal mobile at the top of her voice. The disgusting words that come out of her mouth are shocking. The word foghorn springs to mind. Extremely unprofessional lady when walking by the office you can hear her slagging off residents. It’s shameful. Aaliyah was brilliant when she was here!! Never have such horrid experience with her. But don’t worry all is okay because even with the damaged cars, the charges they try to get off tenants they are offering pizza and Prosecco. Woooo! Absolute joke of a place.

I have Been at Vonder since Nov 2021 and never considered moving as everything I need is right here. The S-Bahn is very close so commuting is easy. Rooms are nice clean, a gym onsite, laundry, all round a great stay and plan to return again in September 2024. The staff are friendly too and very helpful. My only gripe would be the air conditioning which seems to have a mind of its own. So for those wanting reasonably priced accommodation with no additional bills with the plus of being near the City centre you cannot go too far wrong with Vonder Munich.

I found Vonder Munich to be a very good value. It was basic, yet clean. All of the common areas were clean too. The staff were helpful and the monthly get-togethers they held were nice too. Finally, the location was great. There is direct access to the S-Bahn and the area includes a couple of cafes, a very good pizza place, and a Lidl. If you are looking for a place that has the basics and at a very favorable location, then give Vonder Munich a try!

Moved to Germany from Canada for a temporary work contract, finding an apartment in Berlin was especially challenging given that I didn't speak German, have a German bank account, or any previous tenancy 'experience' in Germany. I had some serious misgivings about renting with Vonder given their reviews in England, but the German branch appears to be of much higher quality. Although the Vonder K55 units are (relatively) expensive, the booking and moving-in process was very low-stress, and the agents were always responsive and professional. The provided furniture/appliances are good and the building itself is well maintained and in a great location, close to both S/U-bahn lines as well as regional/high-speed train lines. So overall, I'd recommend this place for newcomers to Germany!

I stayed at VonderMunich for 3 months and it was for me a really nice experience. The place is really really nice, the room is elegant and spacious, it is fully furnished with two induction plates (even though there is no microwave nor oven). The bed is big and comfortable. The metro S8 stop is litterally 10 seconds away from the door in the internal garden, there are bus stops 2-5 minutes away from the entrances and a lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The position is extremely strategic, even though a little bit far from the centre (still, only 24 minutes away from Marienplatz by train and it is possible also using night buses).The full deposit was returned after 4 days I gave my bank account information. The price 1295€ per month for 3 months (1195€ for 4 months and so on) is a little bit high for a long staying, considering the location and the size of the room, but the renting system in Munich is also wild. I would've also loved more events in the campus, to allow people to meet with each other more easily, so I would suggest more events, parties or just occasions to sit together but organised by the campus, since there is no common platform on which people living in the campus can organise meetings by their own.Overall, I'm giving 5 stars, because I had a really nice experience.

After living in Vonder Munich for 8 months, I can confidently say that Vonder was a fantastic experience. The size of rooms were pretty adequate with a small kitchenette that was perfect for home-cooked meals. The staff in the front-desk were always friendly and helpful. No matter how much I bothered them with silly queries, they were always willing to help. Vonder Munich is a nice and comfortable stay offering variety of options in rooms and duration of stay.

Homeless accommodation-Zenith houseVonder Works as B&b accommodation so if you expect a peaceful environment don't do this mistake. The front door has a strong smell of urine. A part dogs and foxes even men wee in front the building. How they cannot see the CCTV?I've lost my bikes in a fire accident. The fire was set up from a homeless was living in the bin shed, and now he's living on the 4th floor. I sent emails but they ignored me. I see police coming every weekend after tenants calls. It's shocking how we been neglected.The apartments are nice, but still questioning yourself who slept on that mattress..maybe a homeless person for a few nights?. Vonder do check in and check out just like a hotel. Madness and shame. Perhaps even some people were working for this agency, that I met occasionally, were upset with the management. Something is pretty much not right.

We are very happy and satisfied with the service!We want to highlight Sorcha's help before moving to the flat, by sending the welcome pack and clear instructions and being flexible on the check-in time as we have a baby and we needed to have access to the flat a bit earlier than what was informed. After we moved in, she introduced herself and was available at all times for us to have a smooth settling on the new flat. Moreover, we had some special requirement after moving in and she asked for quotes, and sorted the issue out for us. We are pleased with Sorcha's attitude of diligence and problem-solving, and fast response on the issues we raised. In addition, she is very responsive and is on top of every petition we had.Thanks so much Sorcha!

Getting an apartment with Vonder was such a smooth experience, which is so rare to find in Berlin. The contract was reasonable, the stay-in period is flexible, and check in was easy. Even without viewing physically (we were based in another city prior to living here), the apartment was exactly like it was in the photos. It’s in a new building, in a good and safe location.

The stay was good so far, booking fast, etc. One star less for very slow internet service that does not work at times (both wired and WiFi) but I hear that is a Germany issue in general. The internet seems to be decent over the day but towards the evening it starts cutting out.Everything was provided by the apartment (appliances, even linen) so that is a big plus.
