We have been dealing with Samantha Avery for years, even when she was a spring chicken at Winkworths, letting our two flats in Barnes. She then set up Village Properties and really did give us personal service in letting aided by her wonderful Anna and Jo. Great advice about how to improve things to maximise rent and in the end we sold it through them for a very good price. A local business like theirs is a much better way both to let and to sell in our experience. Entire satisfaction and we'll be popping in for a coffee since they are all such a lovely team both friendly and very professional.

Village Properties have been the agency for the property I rent for the last few years. As a tenant, I couldn't ask for a more professional, fair, and friendly service. They utilise a good network of contractors for when things need repairing or replacing, and any works are arranged efficiently and swiftly. I've had poor experiences with letting agents in the past, but Village Properties really raise the bar, which I think is due to their local knowledge and independent approach to the services they provide.

Have been dealing with the agency for a few years, living in a very nice house and have only positive impressions from interaction with a very friendly and helpful team perfectly knowing what they do and how to help their customers (being a local independent agency helps a lot - client oriented style of work becomes very tailored and personal). From house viewing to contract signing, maintaining the house, carrying out all the necessary jobs around, by all means everyone at the agency is very professional, everything around is done promptly and seamlessly. Very glad I was lucky enough to find Village Properties and rent a house with them!
