As a family, we had a great experience renting through Village Properties. A genuinly knowledgeable, local firm with a very human approach. Sam and team were very responsive in helping connect us with a great property that was ideal for our family it in a tight time frame. We had been let down elsewhere previously which was stressful so it was refreshing to find such a straightforward and prompt experince with Village Properties which led to a smooth move.. The team continued to be responsive to questions throughout our tenancy. Always extremely friendly, helpful and kind and able to work flexibly where possible. Also seemed to have a good relationship with our landlords which made everything frictionless. I would recommend Village Proerties to those in the area in need of a rental.

You couldn't be in better hands. Trust is hard to find in too many settings nowadays. Too many times one deals with broker companies charging for no real services or finds dishonest, hidden or surprise fees. With Sam and her team, you will find the exact opposite, an oasis in the desert. There, the human connection is real and primary. If you are a good actor in the business, you will want to connect with Village Properties. Sam was the first local person we chatted and trust in the country, we were abroad and hadn't moved in yet. The friendlyness, will to help us and professionalism were key to gain our trust. Even after we arrived and had no direct business with Village Properties, the availability to receive and help us, was always present. A google review is easily manipulated or streched. That's why you should give them a call, or better even, stop by, and you will see what I mean. Too many bad actors out there, it's hard to write so many bad heavy reviews. But when you find a truly good actor, you have to highlight them properly. For us it's truly a pleasure to write this review. Trust me, landlord, tenant, buyer or seller, you want to be in the hands of Sam and Village Properties.

Goodness, what a breeze of a move i've had with Sam and her team at Village Properties. From first viewing the property to moving in. Sam was charming and accommodating with great communication whilst being relaxed and so efficient. So easy to work with and I felt very looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Sam was fantastic throughout the whole rental process, made very complicated by my arriving only recently in the UK and requiring a Right to Rent, and by the Landlord having a very tight schedule as had just refurbished the flat. She was extremely kind and flexible and knowledgeable and kept me fully up to date every day, and proactively handled the Home Office for my Right to Rent requirement, handling the communication channels between all parties. I could not couldn’t recommend Sam high enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We used Village Properties as our letting agents for 9 years. They were fantastic in every respect. They managed to find us great tenants, often in record time. They were constantly on hand to manage any issues with the property and make sure the tenants were well looked after and we were well informed. Moved to this estate agent after a bad experience with another and they were amazing. Sold the property quickly and also managed everything perfectly. Sam was constantly communicative, detailed and solution oriented and always available on email or phone. Knew the area well and felt very much that personal 1:1 management which makes all the difference in what is such a fraught experience. Brilliant service - could not recommend them more and would state that boutique agencies that know the area well are always stronger than chains, for whom you're just one in a number.

I worked with Sam and her business Village Properties in renting an apartment in Barnes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had from such a process. Was very refreshing to see that there was none of the impersonal and transactional behaviours I have previously experienced from other scale Estate Agents. Thank goodness I met Sam and her team. As a busy Mum needing a place to move her family and pets to whilst looking to buy a property, I found other agents just didn't take on board the complexities of location and layout, which although clearly explained, seemed not to stay in the brief. I found Sam after weeks of frustration and reams of inappropriate 'have a look at this's'. She immediately found rentals which worked for everyone in the family and didn't bother me with calls and viewings which were a waste of time. Likewise, she found my new home and she and her team were unrelenting in their support to get the exchange and completion done. Renting should not be stressful, buying should be a pleasure and exciting - but how often is that the truth? Try Village Properties next time!

I cannot recommend Village Properties highly enough. After lacklustre engagements with the more traditional agencies Sam was a breath of fresh air. She took a genuine interest in our property and the brochure she produced reflected the points we felt were important. The viewing process was as painless as possible and Sam made great relationships with the potential buyers. Her communication with us was excellent and timely. During a protracted period of negotiations following an offer close to the asking price Sam was relentless in chasing up all parties involved.
