GooglePersonal circumstances dictated that we had to move and sell our property in Sheridan Place. Without hesitation we chose Village Properties led by Sam Avery to sell the property. It hasn't been a straight line, but Sam and her team were truly amazing and professional. Over and above that, Sam put in amazing efforts to get the sale over the line were other agents in the chain simply dropped the ball. without the efforts of Sam, I doubt whether the process could have been brought to the successful result that it has. I know from experience that many of the big agencies boast of their extended reach. This counts for nothing when there are complications in the chain, and they disappear from sight. With Village Properties, you know that this won't happen.

GoogleSam at Village Properties is truly the angel of estate agents. I put my property on the market to sell last February with a different agent, recieving a very low offer. I then went through 6 different agents who at first were positive and enthusiastic but as soon as I signed up, they went quiet! Sam has a completely different approach. She is genuine, realistic and really wants to get you the best deal possible. Most agents just want their commission, but Sam wants to provide you with the best service, and best outcome. She is knowledgeable, thorough and opened up a whole new world of opportunities for me. She genuinely cares about her clients and is a pleasure to work with. All the other agents I worked with were not very responsive, it would take a few days to receive a reply to my email, some did not respond at all. Sam is very responsive, and always providing updates to keep you informed. I was beginning to feel frustrated and lose faith with the previous agents.
