GoogleFantastic service from Urban Spectrum! I rented one of their properties 1 year ago and they have always been very helpful and now I renewed my contract for 1 more year. Any issues were sorted promptly any maintenance issues dealt with straight away best maintenance staff ever. Friendly and great customer service! Urban Spectrum the best in England !Excellent Service! Highly recommend!

GoogleMyself and my flat mate loved our time in our flat managed by Urban Spectrum. They always sent people out to fix any problems really quickly and were very reasonable when it came to our inventory and deposit return at the end. Friendly staff and an all round great company!

GoogleI have been with Urban Spectrum for a year. They are super efficient and pleasant to deal with. They always respond to my emails and send paperwork through promptly. Any maintenance issues I've had (minimal) have been dealt with same day or the next day at the latest. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI've rented now with Urban Spectrum for over three years and the service has been fantastic! Mo has been a brilliant property manager, he's easy to contact and always very responsive. Whenever there have been any problems someone has been round either that day or the next to sort it. I would highly recommend Urban Spectrum!

GoogleI booked an appointment to view a studio and took time off work. I confirmed several times and I even requested an earlier viewing but was informed that it was not possible. I then get a cancellation less than an hour before the viewing stating that the studio was gone. Very unprofessional.

GoogleHave been renting with Urban Spectrum for a year and Mo manages our property. We have had no issues getting in touch with him and problems in the flat have always been resolved quickly. No deposit or referencing issues at all and provided on a very timely basis. Thanks !

GoogleProbably the worst experience of living in a property managed by these people. Unanswered communications, issues with property addressed and not actioned, us residents could go on. Living in a property managed by these people has been worst experience ever. Cannot wait for the contract to end!

GoogleAppalled at the fact they can leave a property to get into such a terrible state! Is it because it isn't in London perhaps? I would never chose to leave a property under your management!!! Shocking, infact I have rated this company with 1star too many.

GoogleBrilliant. Any issues were sorted promptly, and they were quick to reply to emails or phone calls too. Our house, although a little rough around the edges, was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Urban Spectrum to anyone looking to rent in London or Watford.
