GoogleUrban Spectrum was my property manager for the 6 years that I rented in Clapham and I cannot speak more highly of the team there. Attentive, efficient and kind property management is not easy to find in London and Mohamed and the team are the best of the best, resolving any issue quickly and painlessly. We are sad to be moving out of London and leaving them behind!

GoogleI have been a tenant with Urban Spectrum for the past year and I have had a fantastic experience with Mohammed as my point of contact. Mohammed has made a real high-quality difference to living in the property through resolving problems immediately without concern or worry. Mohammed always answers immediately to any queries I have with thoughtful, solution based answers. If I have ever had any maintenance issues, Mohammed has resolved this within the following 24 hours. He has been excellent with responding to any of my questions/queries and always quick to direct us to his brilliant maintenance team who are always there to solve any issues! The maintenance team are always kind and friendly, and ensure the issue does not occur again. A truly great experience and could not have provided a better service. Mohammed is a real asset to the agents and I would recommend very highly! Thanks Mohammed

GoogleI have rented two flats over the last nine years with Urban Spectrum in London, and have been really appreciative of their service. Whenever any issue arose with the flat, Mohammed Bhoola (the Maintenance Manager) was highly responsive and kind, sending his professional team out quickly for it to be sorted efficiently. Suzan Fisenk and the team were also always available for discussion or clarifications with contracting. I highly recommend them!

GoogleI rented from Urban Spectrum between 2021-2024. I thought that they were good, probably better than most, but not perfect. With regards to maintenance, most issues were fixed quickly enough by the team, especially urgent ones (wasp infestation, boiler failure, washing machine failure). However, some less urgent repairs (window frame varnishing, solar PV inverter failure, UFH system flushing/cleaning) were neglected even when they would inevitably lead to more expensive repairs later. Sometimes I had to take the initiative on these myself. They also had a tendency to replace broken things with cheaper replacements. This approach might be more concerning for landlords than for tenants. When people moved out, they were always reasonable when assessing damage. They only charged a damage fee once, and it was less than I would have charged, to be honest. Minor wear & tear was, correctly, not charged for. They did subject us to considerable rent increases over the course of the tenancy, blaming the landlord and the London rent market. Your opinion on this will vary depending on your politics.

GoogleI rented with Urban Spectrum for nearly 4 years and they were brilliant. I have never received such a high level of service from renting a property as I did with them. In particular Mohamed Bhoola was fantastic, if anything was ever raised all responses and call outs were extremely quick. Could not recommend enough.

GoogleI lived in an Urban Spectrum property for nearly a year and the property was great. However, we lived on brixton road and we're assured the property wasn't noisy (as it was covid times we couldn't view it ourselves) and it was supppppper noisy like so loud but we got used to it. The team is responsive to most queries, following up with them something you have to do often but if needed things fixed it would get done - and the building was cleaned weekly which was a plus!! Mohammed was great - always responsive. Would rent from them again!PositiveValue

GoogleMy experience renting through Urban Spectrum was truly a one-off, in all the years I've lives in London! The smooth process getting into the flat, the attentiveness of the management there ... such a great service, with really helpful, friendly staff. Mohammad in particular, who looked after our flat, went out of his way to help, whatever we needed. Genuine, human and thoughtful... highly recommend.

GoogleI have been with Urban Spectrum for a year, it has been a wonderful experience. The agency is super efficient and very friendly. Mohammed has been particularly punctual and responds quickly when we have had any queries or maintenance issues (even on the weekends.) The neighbours are very respectful, quiet and we have appreciated that we were able to order any online deliveries to be left on the porch without worrying. I would definitely recommend this agency. GoogleWe were lucky to find Urban Spectrum - Mohammed was a pleasure to deal with: polite, friendly & super quick to get back to us if we had any issues (even on Sundays or his days off!) This was so refreshing after spending a year battling with other estate agents at a previous place. We're moving out of the areas that Urban Spectrum cover but should we move back we won't hesitate to rent from them again :)

GoogleBrilliant landlords. Were quick to assist us when we moved in, the process was all very easy and forthright. Additionally, they always let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time before a technician would come to perform various checks. We renewed our contract once, and were easily able to negotiate a price. When we left, our check-out was smooth and expedient. As soon as we initiated a request for our deposit to be returned, they responded and allowed this. There were occasions when I would email them about minor issues and receive no immediate response, but this is not entirely surprising with such organisations...they have loads of properties to represent! Whenever major issues arose, they were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend them as a landlord!

GoogleUrban Spectrum have been the easiest and most efficient company I have ever used. So easy to contact and super quick on responses! Any maintenance issues have always been fixed almost as soon as you raise them. I signed a contract for a year and ended up staying for 3 years as they were so good! Mohammed Bhoola has been especially helpful so thank you for everything!
