GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Urban Spaces. They found us a buyer in a relatively short timeframe and were responsive, communicative and professional throughout the process. We especially appreciated that they brought serious buyers to view the flat, which made the whole experience feel efficient and well managed. They may not be the cheapest option, but the level of service and communication made it feel worth it.

GoogleI sold and rented my property through Urban Spaces and cannot recommend them enough. Egle & Richard on the sales team were incredibly diligent, even helping me arrange removals while I was abroad. They go well beyond just marketing the property. Their guidance on sales approach and tailoring a campaign was invaluable. I did dual list with another agent beginning with F, and Urban Spaces blew them away - they got more viewings and two offers, compared with nil from the other agent. Dan on the rental team was diligent, responsive and got results.

GoogleAngelina, even though she is new to the firm, has been of immense help in closing the task of renewing our apartment lease which was pending for a very long time. She is very proactive in following up and ensures updates are regularly communicated back which is a quality I greatly appreciate. Overall, I've had a great experience working with her.

GoogleUnfortunately was the worst experience I had in London so far. We had an agreement on leasing an apartment which they have promised to get things fixed before I moved in. After I signed the tenancy agreement, they have said that not all were on the agreement and denied what was promised. In addition when I wanted to cancel the deal (knowing that it will not be good for everyone), I was forced to pay 4,5 months of rent on an apartment I have not lived in for a single day!

GoogleThis company don’t sort issues out, openly lie to you and most recently never answer calls or emails. Their estate agents lie to people to rent out properties and/or are Completely clueless about what they’re selling/renting. I have had a hole in my business’ ceiling for three months due to a property they manage having a leak. I first told them about the issue in 2020!! They’ve done nothing to fix the problem and refuse to pay me for it. Avoid

I have had a super pleasant experience with Urban Spaces, particularly with Georgia who was extremely friendly and efficient in finding my friend and I a new home. We were having a hard time and our move-out date was closing in but these guys made me feel assured and helped me reach the perfect compromise with my landlord-to-be, including a rental rate the was more affordable for us and new furniture for the flat. During my search I had some pretty terrible encounters with other agencies but this was a breeze. All-in-all, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
