GoogleAlways wonderful service from Ste at Ingenta. Very prompt with requests for meter readings etc. and does a great job looking after the building. Ste is always great to bump into as well and has a great rapport with residents.

GoogleUrban Bubble managed the property I rented in Manchester with my flatmate. They were incompetent throughout the tenancy and then desperately claimed Β£348 from our deposit. When we said we had photo and video evidence of cleaning they reduced their claim by 50% ππ. We then referred the dispute to TDS, and they only got Β£80. They are so pathetic.

This by far is the worst company to deal with any managing property issues .Same water leak since 2021 and they keep on sending contractors to repair. Someone is being scammed here. Especially the lease holders... The customer service is like a school playground, everyone running around each other and no one knows what to do !Amazes me , how they win such awards !!!

GoogleHaving been a leaseholder for 3 years with an apartment managed by urban bubble, I can safely say (as would all the other leaseholders in my 3 block apartment building), that clueless would be the word to describe this company. I genuinely cannot believe any 5 star/ positive reviews on here. Mismanagement from top to bottom including financial inaccuracies have meant that we have consistently be subject to improper payments leading numerous people to sell their apartments. Thereβs an entire list of problems I can go into, but there isnβt enough space on here. So pleased that we are soon to see the back of them. Word of warning from two very normal and professional people here, if you are about to move into a building managed by UB, you have no idea the trouble you are getting yourselves into. Youβve been warned.
