Uncle Colindale - Best experience ever!We‘ve found our lovely flat here with big windows, completely new furniture that looks aesthetic and comfy. Location is great - 2 min from tube, bunch of supermarkets and near 3 parks for dog walks! Especial shout out to Uncle people - team is very supportive, responsive and create a very lovely atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible Managers. Me and a friend have been looking for a place for a while and have to move in the first week of October and we finally decided to go ahead with Uncle Living Southall . I personally visited the property twice and spoke to the person showing my the property. He was absolutely incredible and genuinely very very nice. Once we said yes to the property and no to two others which we had kept as our other options and sent some of our details to them. Next day the property manager calls up my friend and tells her that even though we both have well earning guarantors and are only renting for 6 months , they need us to pay the rent for 6 months upfront. Opposite to what I had been told during both my viewings with them and their official email with all the details about their property. When I tried contacting them they didn’t even pick up atleast 15 times. Then the guy who had showed me around called me and upon being confronted about the misinformation from his side, the confusion and the problem it was causing me and my friend, all he said was sorry. When I asked for either a solution, a negotiation or a compensation for the inconvenience it caused us making us lose two other properties and leaving us with only a couple of weeks to find a new place, he still just said sorry. So I asked to speak to the person who had called my friend; the property manager. This person calls me up angrily saying how dare I get upset with his employee. He would cut all my sentences and when I asked him not to do so, he said he will and I need to listen to him. When I proved to him that this was all his employee’s fault and that had caused all the confusion and frustration, he did not pay any attention to it and proceed to tell me how it was all my fault. I told him I never intended to get upset at his employee, I actually liked him , but this mistake of his was costing us time , money and two houses! He still did not care and was upset I was “pointing fingers”! I was ready to even apologise to his employee if he could give me any solution or resolution now whatever but he still was mad at me and blamed me for everything. I appreciate him defending his employee , but doing it at the cost of someone else and when it definitely was his employee’s mistake is absolutely not ok.

I've been living at the UNCLE New Cross property for over a year and a half now and would definitely recommend! UNCLE reception and maintenance staff provide amazing customer service and really look after the residents. Shout out to Caroline for always being so friendly and helpful with any issues (and always taking in our ASOS parcels!).It's in a great location in zone 2 and can easily get into Central London quickly! Would recommend to everyone!

My experience at UNCLE Stockwell has been incredible. The team is helpful, efficient, and truly goes above and beyond. They reply to inquiries almost immediately, and the facilities are clean and safe. Another advantage of UNCLE Stockwell is their flexibility around leasing terms. Being a student I didn't require a standard 6 or 12 month lease and UNCLE Stockwell worked with me to solidify a lease agreement that fit my needs. I would highly recommend UNCLE Stockwell.

We've lived at UNCLE Elephant & Castle for just about 4 years, and the experience is getting worse and worse.As another person said in their review, they distract you with the views, the sky lounge, gym, and nice staff and then you overlook the poor quality furniture, the damage, the broken lifts, and bad service, until you are locked in.When we first moved in we had issues, there was a leak in the flat which we reported during our first visit and was still there months later, there was dust all over the brand new flat as if the builders forgot to clean it when the left, they came and fixed some of it but all we got was an apology.We had a number of issues in the building such as the cleaning of the windows being infrequent, often it has take a year to get them which makes it quite gross, and theres a lot of issues from smokers and loud music at times. People spilling drinks and breaking glass on balconies which due to poor design end up on other floors.Two years ago we moved to a different flat but then it got worse. The flat was in quite poor shape and UNCLE didn't fix the damage of the previous tennant and while we were moving they sent cleaners in who threw away about 1/3rd of our posessions.Some of our most cherrished things were covered in other peoples trash, a used condom, tooth brushes, and food times and the best they could do was ask us to itemise everything and give us a gift voucher on Amazon for the things we could cost. Our memories and personal posessions were lost and never replaced and we're still out of pocket.They apologised and gave us a free night in their only hotel, which is about a 20 minute walk from here as if that was some how compensation for it all.They talk about things like the MADE.com furniture but it's super poor quality. They talk about the community but those events have all been replaced with up-sell schemes like Sofar sounds, yoga and massages which are all other companies charging you more.Over the past year or so we've tried to get issues fixed in our current flat but its taken dozens of visits, repairs, and vast amounts of wasted time to get things like blinds, mouldy bathrooms, and broken fridge doors fixed, which only happen again because the staff have no idea how to fix things properly, sometimes even just refusing to fix it saying "thats how it is" or "thats normal".Other issues include one of the lifts being broken for 10 months, the lack of a waste chute, the heating in the building is poor, the noise of the building when it's very windy, the parking outside the entrance which makes it hard to get into the building.If you want a view of London look elsewhere because a nice view doesn't make up for a lumpy sofa, broken fridge, mouldy bathroom, and waiting 5 minutes for a lift every time you try to go in or out of your flat.

Stay away from the misleading advertisement, they basically bring your attention on the amazing views, gym facility and friendly team to hide many issues they are incapable to fix (or simply don’t want to really fix)Unfortunately I was drawn by their misleading advertisement and after 6 years where I lived in a flat managed with very high standard in Soho I decided to move in uncle building E&C.It’s been 6 months now and I have to say is a terrible experience, I do regret that I moved here. started badly and not improved over time. The underfloor heating has never worked and I had to buy a Dyson heater (even though they refunded with an Amazon voucher after I complained with building management), the bath shower still has a water leak and they has never capable to resolve (basically they has one handyman who is asked to to whatever but don’t have any specialised worker ) I l’ve had countless handyman around basically almost every other days who only wasted my time, never fixed the problem, and after 6 month the manager Jam, with a provocative attitude said: these are our “high standards “ defiantly! (basically a screen bath leaking is normal and acceptable).High standard for which I paid for, means solve the problem in a timely manner, and if not possible repair just change the faulty thing with a new one, does not mean leave the tenant with the same problem for months waiting the end of the tenancy.Basically they really don’t value tenants who take care of the property, they are only focused on make money minimising the cost and don’t care at all about managing or repair, I really think that is something they the landlord should be made aware.Not to mention the terrible noises you’ll discover in the windy days, the entire building wall, ceiling crackle all the time making really hard to sleep, and even that is “normal according to their standards).Attached how I found the flat when I stepped in first time, even a french fries under the kitchen, the situation of the bath after 6 months, and the final mail where the supervisor claim that what you see in the pic is normal and acceptable. Pay attention and look around, you’ll find better and for a reasonable price, uncle building E&C is simply overrated, just a bait and switch

Myself and my girlfriend lived in UNCLE Wembley for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We lived in one of UNCLE’s beautiful flats with views across London. All of the appliances were brand new and the furniture was in immaculate condition. One of the great things about living at UNCLE was the staff. They were always friendly and on hand to help out if we had any questions, they also managed parcel deliveries for us. The gym down stairs was also great. I would highly recommend UNCLE Wembley.

Incredible customer service from the all the gang at uncle Stockwell (specially Ruth).Been living in unlce Stockwell past 9 months and couldn't be happier. Due to the covid-19 things were very uncertain on what the future would hold with me staying in London. Ruth was very understanding and helped with me my new lease on another apartment in unlce Stockwell.Would highly recommend on 1st time renter's in London exploring renting with Unlce.

Just moved into Uncle Stockwell and the apartments are fantastic. Great views, beautifully furnished, and a top location with everything you need nearby. Gabriela was really helpful in helping me sort everything out really quickly! One con is the washing machines - they’re £5 a go which is far too expensive for any sensible human. There are two launderettes relatively nearby which helps.

We have been living in Uncle Wembley with my wife since May 30, 2024. We were going to rent from the company that also has many buildings in Wembley before, but we gave up immediately because of their unprofessional approach and rented from Uncle Wembley. Jamie, Kelly, Nicole and Ornella are wonderful people. They find solutions to all your problems immediately. We have been living here for 3 months and we are very happy so far.

UNCLE Manchester has been an amazing home for a year for me and my boyfriend. The reception and maintenance staff are all lovely, down to earth people who are genuinely interested in helping you out in any way they can. The facilities are also a massive plus, with on site gym and yoga studio to name but two. I would definitely recommend UNCLE to anyone wishing to experience Manchester City Centre living.

The complex is in a convenient location and the apartment is great, spacious and comfortable. TrustpilotThe best place we’ve ever lived- hands down (Uncle Wembley)
This has hands down been the best place I’ve ever lived. From when myself and my partner moved in 3 years ago until now, everything has been smoothly run and we’ve been treated like family.When we first viewed Uncle we fell in love with the gorgeous interiors. It’s very modern and has all the amenities you would want and more- my personal favourite is the huge light up mirrors in the bathroom with warm and cool lighting. The apartments themselves are some of the largest I’ve seen in London and I did quite a lot of viewings prior to viewing in Uncle. You get a lot for your money compared to other companies in Wembley - also every apartment has a huge balcony which is a massive bonus. The roof terrace is awesome, mostly use it in summer and the gym is well equipped and is about to get bigger which is exciting. One thing that drew us to Uncle was the basketball court downstairs, as my partner is a big basketball fan. It’s very unique, I’ve never seen any building have one before. What makes Uncle the best however is the people. Not only the staff, but also the residents. People are super friendly, have chats in the lift and drinks on the roof. There’s a wide variety of people living here of all different ages and backgrounds and many people who have moved from abroad. I would say there’s a fair amount of young people living here, which is great for us as we’re in our 20’s. We’ve actually become best friends with our first neighbour we had here in Uncle.The staff at Uncle are the main thing that has kept us here. They treat us like family. Nothing is ever too much of a bother and they’re always open to new ideas and suggestions. Everyday we have a little catch up at reception and they remember the little things about us. Unlike private landlords, issues are fixed pretty much next day by the maintenance team. We’ll be moving out soon as we’re moving abroad, but I’m really really sad to go, as Uncle feels like a part of my identity now. We’ll miss the team so much and the friends we made here. If you’re unsure about whether to come for a viewing, do not hesitate, it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Love you Uncle!!!!!
