I've rented with Touchstone for the past year and have had an absolutely fantastic experience. The new tenant process was about the same as you'd get elsewhere, but the notable bit about Touchstone is the service and support as a tenant. Any questions or needs we had were promptly responded to and dealt with, and there was ample and proactive communication about building cleaning and maintenance. I can't recommend highly enough.
