Hardev has been an incredibly helpful agent (and still is!) whilst me and my partner are on the search for the perfect rental home in Walthamstow. Lucy was instrumental in the proceedings for the house we wanted to purchase. As an agent, Lucy really helped from the word go for the sale to progress. She answered any questions we had throughout the sale straight away in detail and always happy to go the extra mile. Lucy is also an excellent mediator. It wasn’t the most straight forward sale but thanks to her support and encouragement we got through it. When a final hurdle came before exchange, Lucy was there to support the sale which went through according to schedule. We honestly couldn’t have done it without Lucy’s help. I hope to work with her on future projects! Will definitely be using The Stow Brothers again.

We had a great experience with Stow Brothers letting department in Walthamstow. From start to finish the entire team we dealt with (Nick, Nathan, John and Hardev) were honest, professional, helpful and supportive. Our sales negotiator Hardev went out of his way to help us find and secure a home. As anyone reading this probably knows, the rental (and sales) market is crazy right now, and we were under a lot of strain to find the right home in a very short time. Thanks to Hardev and the rest of the team we were able to secure the perfect place in the perfect location. We honestly can't recommend them enough.

At the beginning of our renting experience with Stow Bros, there's no denying that we had some hiccups, but ever since Suela took over as our property manager we've had an incredibly positive experience to date - perhaps the best we've had since becoming renters! Suela is incredibly responsive, caring and attentive. Problems within the flat get solved quickly and efficiently, and it feels as if our voices as tenants are heard which is refreshing. Tiffany was fantastic. After a long search we found our dream flat and are so happy now we are settled in. We faced some challenging circumstances along the way before completion (for example a strict lock down in 2020 / 2021) but she really helped ensure the sale completed by our stamp duty holiday deadline in a way that worked for us and the seller. Really great experience renting from Jon at the Stow Brothers! Ours was a complicated case that involved an international move and some less straightforward logistics, but everything was handled professionally, honorably, and with really great service. (PS their inventory is literally the best in the area). The entire process was transparent, smooth, and even though we were dealing with (multiple) time zone differences, Jon found a way to pull everything together and make sure all parties were on the same page and aware of what was going every step of the way. Stow Brothers sold my fathers flat for me in 2019 and that was a very easy and pleasant experience. Since then, they have managed the rental of another flat. Suela is always helpful and responds very quickly and efficiently when I email her. She reminds me of servicing dates for boilers, tenancy renewal etc and arranges these and repairs as needed. Contact with both myself and the clients are always positive and nothing seems like too much trouble. Would definitely use StowBrothers again if either renting or selling in the area.

Have just passed a year renting with Stow and couldn't be happier with the service property Manager Catherine has been providing. Always attentive and quick to sort problems and suggest solutions. Had a leaky tap due to general wear and tear and she was able to get contractors Gary and Brian booked ASAP who were both great. They fixed the problem super quick, even going as far as to pop out and purchase a brand new tap to ensure the job was done then and there within the time slot. Amazing!

Having lived out of London for a couple of years we weren't really aware of what the market was like but everyone there was so helpful and gave us really useful insights & were great with getting in touch and sorted for viewings. Nathan was the agent for our flat and great service - but big shout-out to Jon for showing us loads of properties too! Everything we viewed with SB were great - they clearly dont just work with any landlords and provide a great service - when we moved in there was a slight issue but their maintence team were straight on it and resolved :) Would happily recommend them to tenants/ landlords/ buyers :)

We have had a truly terrible experience selling our house through Stow Brothers. The communication and service has been utterly appalling from start to finish. At the point of going on the market and offers being obtained following an open day, through to sales progression there have been a series of fundamental errors made in communication with us and within their internal team. This included failing to notify our buyer when we had secured a a purchase property ourselves, and passing on wrong information to our onward agent regarding our circumstances. This was bordering on negligent and particularly stressful as it very nearly resulted in us loosing our purchase property. There is clearly a huge issue with staffing capacity, and internal communication and process. We also experienced a complete lack of care toward us as customers. Due to this catalogue of errors we ultimately had to make the decision to withdraw from working with Stow Brothers and go on the market with a different agent. Despite other team members admitting the errors made throughout and the poor standard of service we had received, on calling to discuss our experience with the branch manager no responsibility was accepted, indeed during this conversation it was even suggested our account of our experience was not valid until she could ‘verify with other team members’. We would strongly advise anyone to reconsider selling their property through this agent. The difference in the level of service we have received with a different agent has been starkly obvious.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The process of buying a house in London is stressful at the best of times. However the Stow Brothers make the process a lot more bearable. I sold my property through them, they got a really good price for me and sold quickly too. I was having really bad troubles on my purchase side, and even tho they were nothing to do with the situation. They went above and beyond and eventually sorted the problem before my purchase estate agents did! Claudia in particular was fantastic. Couldn't recommend these Guys enough, especially in a world of untrustworthy estate agents.

They found tenants (under Nathan's guidance) and managed my house - most recently Catherine was the property manager - and they always did so efficiently, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly and fairly; and they also sold the house - Eva managed the marketing and got me several good offers, and then Samantha, who shepherded the process through to completion. Estate agents sometimes have a bad name, but I always found Stow Brothers to be a pleasure to deal with, efficient, honest and friendly people. I had such a brilliant experience selling with Stow Brothers. Sammie was amazing from the beginning and was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even my dog (who is scared of everyone and everything!) warmed to her instantly, and I knew I would go with Stow Brothers from my first meeting with Sammie. The rate offered is very reasonable and competitive, and the property pictures and sales particulars were top quality. Stow Brothers also have a great database of buyers before the property has even hit Rightmove or Zoopla, so I had my first viewing booked in within about 10 minutes of the property going live on the Stow Brothers website! I had just one day of viewings, and Stow Brothers were able to line up 14 people to come and view the property. From this I received multiple offers, some above asking price. The sales process has been really smooth, and it's been amazing having Sammie as my point of contact from start to finish. She has been so responsive and has really helped to ensure the sale has gone through without a hitch. A huge thank you to Stow Brothers (and especially Sammie!) for making the whole process so easy. If I was selling in the area again, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Having rented with a number of estate agents, Stow Brothers is the best by far in my opinion. My experience with Stow Brothers has been simple and straightforward - there's always someone on hand to help and to offer advice. Take my latest experience: I asked to extend my rental lease by a month, with less than a week to go - and they handled it, without complaints. Thank you to Catherine and the sales team for making a stressful experience a lot less stressful. All in all, Stow Bros are great - whether that's managing rent, conducting house viewings, or just offering advice. Would highly recommend.
