We’ve recently used Stow Brother’s to rent our flat out, and have really appreciated how helpful everyone has been throughout each stage of the process. Gok was great at explaining how the whole thing would work, and getting our place advertised as quickly as possible. Ryan Goullée was brilliant at sorting viewings super fast, helping work through the offers and getting referencing sorted fast, and Sotiria has been an absolute superstar - answering all our questions, sorting all the compliance, check in, cleaning etc. Nothing has been too much bother for anyone to help with! Would really recommend using Stow Brothers!

We recently sold our home using Stow Brothers. Their whole process of getting our house on the market and sold felt entirely pain-free. We went on in late-February and had an above asking price offer by mid-March, with the photos and management of viewings excellent, sorted by Amy Oliver. Whilst the sales process had a few unavoidable, but irritating issues, Tiffany Theobald was brilliant in keeping the buyers informed and exercised huge patience with us throughout, and showed the right level of assertiveness with other parties in the process throughout. We had a really positive experience with The Stow Brothers during our purchase. Communication was clear throughout and the team were always easy to get hold of. Anita in particular was excellent. She was very responsive, proactive with chasing updates, and always happy to check details with the sellers when we needed clarification. That was especially valuable towards the end of the process, when timing became more important and there were a few things that needed resolving quickly. After renting through a private landlord for years, I was put in a position where I had to move. I was dreading having to get back into the rental market, especially through an agency, knowing how difficult it can be in London and having had bad experiences with large UK-wide agencies. Looking to move to Walthamstow, I found a property through The Stow Brothers and honestly they have made the process incredibly easy. Ryan has been an absolute superstar, answering my barrage of emails from before the viewing all the way through to signing the final contract. Tanika has been extremely helpful sorting out all of the payments efficiently and with absolute ease, dealing with any issues as they come up and keeping a clear line of communication with the landlord. Exceptional service from the Stow Brothers team in Walthamstow. Gok was our initial point of contact and did a fantastic job bringing the house to the market, pushing the teams to get the listing live quickly. He then handed it over to Kevin, who was brilliant with the viewings and tenant referencing. When our first applicants fell through, Kevin pivoted instantly to secure a much better tenant with an earlier move-in date. We recently completed our purchase with Stow Brothers, and I can't thank Tiffany enough for her support throughout the entire process, also thank you Poppy as well. Our purchase took a bit longer than we had expected. Throughout that time, Tiffany was consistently responsive, patient, and transparent. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always willing to help. We've just moved in to a rental flat with Stow Brothers, the experience from the get go has been really friendly and supportive! Gok and Silvio have been amazing and patient across multiple viewings and once our offer got accepted for the flat we loved, they made the process super easy! Sotiria has been wonderful to deal with getting the paperwork done and getting us into our lovely new flat. Unlike with other agencies, we've not felt rushed, pressured or dismissed throughout the process. Best experience we've had so far in our 13 years of renting in London. Really recommend!! -- UPDATE -- We've been in the property for 6 months. This has been a difficult review to give, and we’ve held off from updating in hopes it would change positively with time, but we felt we had to be honest and provide our true experience. Unfortunately, our experience since moving into the property has been very different to our on boarding process with the lettings team. The reality of our experience with the property management side has been disappointing since the Move-in date and the issues raised in the inventory. Many of these issues are still outstanding and unresolved 6 months into the tenancy. The quality of the repairs carried out by multiple contractors has been poor, and in multiple cases, needed to be re-repaired almost immediately due to the low-quality of the work. The communication has been defined by lack of updates, missed promised deadlines, and a general lack of understanding of the property and general property issues. Our concerns about the quality of management have been raised with the team multiple times, where we were assured that this would not be the case moving forward and not how they usually operate. However, we've seen no changes. Our concerns have not been addressed and there’s a list of ongoing issues/appointments pending in the property that remain unresolved, without a clear timeline of resolution and lack of communication and updates across the board.
