They thoroughly explained each step (in a way that was easy for me to understand). The team provided expert advice especially when I needed help with how to prepare and present my house ready for photos and viewings - I really needed their guidance and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Every team member from SweetMove; including Simon, Emily, Kate and Sarah have been only too happy to give me their time and never made me feel rushed. They kept in close contact throughout the process which has been amazing.
An additional mention of their brilliant photographer Andrew. He captured the key elements of my property and the resulting photos were so great I’d want to buy the house myself all over again! These highly professional photos made a huge difference to presenting my house online.
Viewings were arranged quickly, with plenty of notice given to me and feedback after each viewing. It’s clear that SweetMove cared about the process and selling my house - they did a fantastic job and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Thank you all.
