GoogleThe Stow Brothers are a highly professional, accessible, and supportive estate agent for both selling and buying. Claudia in particular as senior sales progressor worked really hard to get our sale through. She kept us in touch throughout, regularly chased the chain without being asked, was proactive and always polite and straightforward. Tiffany always stepped in if Claudia was out of the office which was very reassuring. Our house fell through but for no fault of these guys. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom first contact with Stow Brothers, I was allocated case worker Andrew to support me through the stages of the sale of my property. Andrew arranged a date and time to meet me in the comfort of my own home. Andrew demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the property market the stages of the sale from preparation for the advert to the completion of the sale and what I could expect from the sale of my property. In the days up to the view Andrew arranged for the surveyor to measure the flat and the photographer to take the pictures and along with his team generated a well detailed set of particulars for potential viewings of potential buyers. I was well impressed. Andrew arranged an open day to take place which overflowed to a second date for viewings and with in 48hrs was informed by email which was followed up by a telephone call to discuss the credible offers that were made. Throughout the sale process Andrew diligently kept me abreast of the stage of the sale, contacting me when necessary to arrange access to the property for surveyors and other contractors as requested by the Buyer; Gas safety check, Electrical safety checks. During the process sadly my mother passed away I felt I could trust Andrew to continue the works in my absence, contacting me minimally when required. Overall I was very impressed by the service and I would recommend Andrew and Stow Brothers estate agent to anyone selling their property.

GoogleStow Brothers were absolutely brilliant, we sold our flat and bought our house through them. Excellent marketing materials, great buying experience, everyone who works there just seems like a pro. The process took ages (not their fault) but Josh Bayton was absolutely fantastic as our sales progression agent. He was super communicative and responsive, not afraid to deliver tricky messages, and totally trustworthy. I've had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, but would recommend Stow Bros to anyone!

GoogleI moved to the Stow Brothers from another high street estate agent which struggled to get viewings and offers for my property for over 3 months and decided I needed a change. I considered a number of other estate agents but the Stow Brothers stood out from the rest of the competition and I believe the different avenues they use to advertise and create a buzz around my property helped to secure the offers that I needed during the first open day too!! I cannot thank Lucy Rhodes enough during the entire process - she was nothing short of amazing and had always made the time to answer all of my questions/concerns over email and phone whenever I needed! Her response times and transparency in her communication helped to make a very stressful process smooth, which I really appreciated as this was my first ever flat sale. Finally, what makes Lucy and the Stow Brothers unique is that they have a very personable approach and do care about finding the right buyer for you!
