GoogleIts been a real pleasure from start to finish, Eva was incredible with the initial sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. Super efficient and help guide us through those initial stages. Claudia (& Tiffany) has held my hand though the progress sale, its been a bit complicated at times but again at the end of the phone whenever i needed her and help explain certain aspects that went totally over my head. GoogleStow Brothers made the process of buying my first home and moving to Walthamstow so much smoother, considering the complexity of the case! I cannot recommend Jon and Claudia enough. They always ensured that we were progressing and everyone in the chain was aware of updates. They were very organised, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. I managed to exchange and complete on the day that my mortgage offer was due to expire and I don’t think this would’ve been possible without all the support from Jon and Claudia! Thank you very much for all the help, the gift on completion and I will definitely be using Stow Brothers in the future!

GoogleA brief note to say thank you for such a professional service in selling the house. From the beginning there was no hard sell, instead there was a calm and objective approach that was maintained throughout the transaction. The pictures of the house were superb and taken by someone who knows their trade and takes a pride in it. A special mention must go to Claudia who oversaw the entire process and deserves a bonus. GoogleWe truly had an amazing experience with Stow Brothers through out our tenancy. Suela and her team has been absolute blessings. They truly care about the tenant’s well being and comfort. During our 3 years tenancy we never felt neglected for once. Every single concern was dealt with immediately and with care. Any issues big or small Suela was just a call away and always guided us with nothing but solutions only. I can guarantee many other high st agencies they lack to provide the amount of assurance to the tenants. We will never forget when COVID happened Suela willingly reached if we was doing ok financially if we had enough to provide for food and essentials. That is how they connect with their tenants. This renting experience will always be very close to my heart.

GoogleI recently sold my inherited probate property through Stow Brothers. Kim Heywood was fantastic, she replied to emails and calls quickly and was very supportive the whole way through. I have worked with previous Estate Agents who once an offer had been accepted on the property you were then passed to an admin team for updates however, this was not the case with Stow Brothers. Kim worked directly with me from start to finish with no other person involved which really helped communication and the process. Highly recommend Kim if you are looking to sell your property.

GoogleGreat overall experience selling our house via StoBros and would recommend. Would have preferred serval open days rather than the initial one followed by ad hoc viewings- which was difficult to arrange and prepare for. The end of the process was very positive though. Exceptional service from Claudia Dellapina who supported my partner and I with a very challenging managing agent. Claudia was professional, prompt, tenacious and made us feel like we were her first priority.

After being helped by Hardev Singh with finding a new place to call home, I cant thank Stow brothers enough on the services they have provided while living in the property they were in charge of.
