GoogleI rate due to the process not the service. Firstly, Alysha, I can only wish you the best with your career as you keep it very real and that is something i appreciate as a someone searching for a home. You made it very clear the expectations and how to be most successful. Aside from that, i would say Stow brothers has very nice properties and to actually get one of them would be a dream. However, i find the whole process quiet tedious and disheartening as 1) you’re booked in for a viewing at a set time but it ends up being a open house anyways . 2) You have an asking rice and end up having to over offer to get a chance anyways. I think we should prioritise good tenants over greed. It is turning Walthamstow into a place where locals, like myself, do not have a chance.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I were looking to rent a flat in Walthamstow and Stow Borthers had all of the best looking places. Before our viewing, we popped into the Walthamstow store to see if there were any other last minute viewings. No joy on extra viewings but Hardev Singh was genuinely nice and gave us a lot of useful information about renting in the area and about the agency. We loved the property that we saw and Harry French was brilliant in supporting us with the application process. Great communication and support throughout. Got the flat, couldn't be happier!

GoogleWe have been with the Stow brothers for the past few months and Hanna has solved a considerable amount of issues. Hanna has been of great support both with the organization of contractors as well as calling day after day the block management company when it wasn't something she could solve directly. We have gone through a lot so far and we can only be thankful for her service.

GoogleI cannot recommend the Stow Brothers enough. House hunting can be daunting, long and draining, however, the professionalism, the customer care and authenticity of this agency has made looking for a home during the cost of living crisis and property market crisis sort of enjoyable and smooth. As tenants of the agency, my property manager Suela and the agency as a whole was always responsive to any issues that would come up. The team, and especially Suela was always really professional, as well as understanding and empathetic. It has made our stay at the property really smooth and I always felt supported by an excellent agency.

GoogleIn my opinion, Sweetmove failed to look after the property as well as they should. The tenants had mounted televisions to walls, as well as other items, and glued on child locks, on for example the oven, none of which was allowed. Once I decided that I'd live in the property myself (I gave 6 months notice and due to the tenants request to move out before the end of the contact, allowed them to do so), thus no longer using Sweetmove, they weren't interested in whatever I said - all they cared about was the tenants and ensuring the rented another property through them. In future, Chris Clubley for me.

As the saturated rental market in London makes the experience for looking for a new home extremely stressful Nathan went above and beyond to inform, help and guide us through. GoogleI’ve recently completed on my first property, through Dan and Niall at Stow Brothers. From initial viewings to completion, both Niall and Dan were so accommodating, helping to ensure everything ran smooth. Super approachable to not only to me, but family, making them feel a part of this process also! Completion became quite complex, so very grateful to Niall and Dan for all their help in pushing through and making the flat purchase happen! Would definitely recommend Stow Brothers and look to work with them again in the future!
