GoogleRyan was great at communicating throughout the whole process of requesting a viewing through to putting an offer in.

GoogleHanna has been a breath of fresh air. She is not like the normal estate agent. She was always kind and helpful and acted on things that I brought to her attention. It was such a relief after having dealt with difficult estate agents in the past.

GoogleGreat estates agency!! All the agents we interacted with have been super friendly and helpful. On one instance I was late to a showing, the agent Darcie was wonderful to wait for me, welcome us in the property and keeping us in touch. Thank you Darcie! ☺️

GoogleI have arranged a wieving with the Walthamstow branch. Arrangement was made smoothly. Me and my family was assisted by Alysha for wieving. I have to say she was very polite and very informative. It was very nice of her spending nearly 10 minutes with me answering all questions i asked. I like to thank her and other member of staff for all their help.

GoogleFive stars just for Anita Datta. We generally didn't have the most positive experience of Stow as a whole, and the previously assigned property managers had been unhelpful and a bit condescending. …

GoogleNothing but the most positive experiences with Stow Brothers, who I have used as a letting agency for over 5 years now. They are professional and friendly and provide an excellent service from finding good tenants to ensuring your property is kept well-maintained and dealing quickly and efficiently with any problem which arises. I can also highly recommend Hanna Dewsnap, my property manager.

GoogleWe rented through Stow Brothers and had a great experience. Our property manager, Suela, was superb. She always responded to queries very quickly, and genuinely cared. Due to personal reasons we didn't renew the tenancy and had to do so on short notice. Suela and Hannah went to extra miles and found new tenants to move in quickly, saving us from paying rent on an empty property. We'd highly recommend Stow Brothers to family and friends.

GoogleOverall, Stow Brothers have been a professional agent to rent from. Recently, Jay has been very helpful at chasing a landlord to get repairs done, she has been very prompt replying to emails. I can't say we have had the same level of service from all property managers, and some issues have been left for longer than we would have liked. Once we started asking persistently for something to be done, we did see results.

GoogleFantastic estate agents based in east London. We rented from Stow Brothers for 3 years. They were always super quick to sort out any issues and maintenance. Big shout out to Jay who was our POC for most of the tenancy period. She's always super quick to respond and a very professional in all of her communications. I'd very much recommend SB if you are looking to rent or buy in the east London area.

GoogleI've been living at a property managed by Stow Brothers for about 3 months now. Very happy with the service. Hanna D at Stow Brothers Walthamstow has been a life saver on several occasions already. She clearly cares and would like to ensure any issues with my house are resolved as quickly as possible. She works with the landlord and third parties, which takes a big load off of my shoulders. It's been great.
