Alysha and Sophie were terrific in finding good stable tenants and ensuring the arrangement worked for all sides, and Ellie has been a terrific property manager. Clear communications, timely responses and a helpful manner from everyone - we'd definitely recommend them to other landlords.

GoogleWe used Stow Brothers for the second time to sell our Warner flat in Walthamstow and the team were flawless from start to finish from the initial valuation visit with William, to a viewing day resulting in multiple offers run by Samantha, to a super communicative sale managed by Tiffany & Claudia. If we weren't leaving the area we'd undoubtedly have used Stow Brothers for our purchase too. Can't recommend them enough!

Our sale hit more than a fair share of minor complications and during a very stressful and frustrating time, we have relied on Claudia and her team to keep us up to speed with understanding processes, solving the problems, and most of all facilitating communication in the chain. Claudia has been amazing and we cannot thank her enough for her hard work and compassion. GoogleLucy has been really great dealing with my purchase and has always been available for any queries whenever they came up as well as offering support and advice in any difficult situations when liaising with solicitors and sellers. She was always professional and always got back to me straight away when I needed to speak with her about anything. I would definitely recommend Lucy and the team at Stow Bros again to anyone else.

GoogleWe were looking with a few other agents for sometime, we had a very lacklustre experience. But things felt very different with Stow Brothers. We met two guys from the new homes team, Dan and Niall. Dan was really informative during the viewing, he firmly became one of the best agents we had engaged with during our search. I felt that he was very honest, transparent and during the offer stages, we felt he was in our corner and really helped us to secure the home we wanted, for that we will be forever grateful. Then onto the most stressful part, the actual sale. We were in touch with Niall, who from the beginning felt like a more elevated property agent. He was extremely polite and professional and he really supported us in this super stressful part of the process. His stakeholder management skills are very impressive, he was helping us with our solicitor, who was incredibly over worked and stressed but Niall managed this really well and knows how to navigate and communicate in these situations. Overall, having Niall there fighting our corner really made us feel more secure and supported during, what really is, one of the most stressful times of your life! Thank you Niall, you are a credit to your business.

Even when we didn’t feel right with a property, we felt reassured to find the right one for us by the advice and guidance from sweetmove and not once did we feel judged as we felt we were messing people around but no judgement was made and we got our home.

GoogleSo pleased to be working with Jay Lodhia to manage our rental property in Walthamstow. Jay is a superstar: professional, responsive, friendly, and driven to fix any and all problems quickly and efficiently. We particularly appreciate her resourcefulness in finding the right supplier or tradesperson for the job, and her determination to get to the bottom of an issue. Not to mention, her understanding of the stress that can come with being a landlord. (Which is comforting for us since we live abroad and have felt helpless in the past when issues arose). Ever since Jay has come onboard, we've felt a greater sense of ease and trust knowing that our property is being taken care of like it's her own. So thankful to have her on the Stow Brothers team. It's made a real difference!

GoogleI was with the agency since 2017 as a tenant and had to move house recently. There were several property managers during my tenancy, but Suela really was a star to say the least. Communication, professionalism, personality, the whole experience since she joined was just an absolute joy. Especially a big thank you to her during the stage of moving out of the property (which is stressful enough) she was always there to support, never broke a sweat, calm, composed and nothing was too difficult or non-negotiable. WE can't thank you enough and The Stow brothers! Absolutely an agency I hopefully will be returning back to in the future. All the best!! Wenlery and Marcin !

GoogleWe used Stow Brothers to both let out our house in Walthamstow, and then eventually sell it. Both teams have been professional and responsive throughout our dealings with them. Things got a little more complicated with a. Brexit and then b. a pandemic impacting on the sale but they were reassuring and helpful throughout. I wouldn't recommend any other agents in Walthamstow above Stow Brothers (and we used a couple). Particular thanks to Elena in Lettings and Will J in Sales for being so helpful and efficient. Much appreciated.

GoogleWe just bought our first home with the Stow Brothers and they were excellent! Claudia, TIffany and Lachlan were consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process. From offer accepted to completion I have absolutely no complaints about their service. On completion day picking up the keys was super easy and they even gave us a little plant as a housewarming gift. The only slight negative was that when we were hunting for our home their viewing policies were quite rigid. I don't know if this was a covid measure or whether the market in Walthamstow was just that busy, but they tended to offer a time slot on one Saturday morning only per property and they'd often book that up 1-2 weeks in advance rather than offering as and when viewings. At the time I was working every other weekend which meant we missed out on viewing quite a few places that looked lovely. That said, we couldn't be happier with where we've ended up! GoogleWe recently completed a move from E17 to E4 with our sale and purchase both being handled by The Stow Brothers. There's an abundance of Estate Agents operating in Walthamstow, but we never seriously considered appointing anyone other than The Stow Brothers. They operate their business with an integrity that's rare and refreshing to find in this industry. Added to that, the team is skilled and experienced at traversing all of the various hurdles these transactions involve. The fact we were able to buy through them too made the whole process as stress free as you could hope for (especially under the current circumstances). Communication was straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Jon who's great advice at the outset and effort finding us the right buyer was much appreciated. Huge thanks to Claudia who was simply incredible! The skill and efficiency with which she managed the day-to-day process was impressive and really reassuring. Always at the end of the phone when we needed her and ultimately responsible for everything going through so smoothly. To all of the other team members who help us - thank you and it was a pleasure. Highly recommended!

GoogleStow Brothers always seemed to have the best properties in the area we were looking at, which did mean that the offer process was more competitive than we'd expected - but this could just be part of buying in London. Once we found our dream place and had the offer accepted Sammie and the team at Stow were incredibly supportive, professional and helped us complete before the original stamp duty holiday end date. Sammie was a pleasure to work with, always at the other end of the phone and happy to talk us through the process and next steps - would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe had a really positive experience buying our first house in Walthamstow through the Stow Bros team. After a really disappointing experience with another competing estate agent company, we felt considerably burned and exhausted by the whole house hunting process. But then thankfully we found the perfect house with a lovely Stow Bros estate agent, and the whole process went smoothly from there. I found everyone we worked with - especially Kim as ongoing support and Tiffany T. as our sales progressor - to be kind, honest, respectful, and compassionate throughout the journey. The little welcome gift at the end of completion is really sweet too. :) Thank you Stow Bros team - there's definitely a reason y'all are considered the best of the best!
